Brown Brothers Patricia Chardonnay

Brown Brothers Patricia Chardonnay is an elegant style balancing natural acidity with intense fruit flavour. Named in honour of Patricia Brown, the fruit for this exceptional white wine consists of 57% from the Brown Brothers Whitlands vineyard and the balance from Coombe Farm vineyard located in the Yarra Valley. The Yarra Valley experiences cool ripening conditions just like the Whitlands vineyard. The vineyard selection contributes to a tight style with wonderful fig and mealy characters typical of a cool climate Chardonnay.

Flametree SRS Chardonnay

A fine and quite flinty modern expression of Margaret River Chardonnay. Finer and leaner it might be in some ways, but the unmistakable power and persistence of the region still triumphs. Complex mealy grapefruit and roasted nut characters on the nose, and a deep and richly intense palate power through to the finish.

Flametree Chardonnay

Domaine Moutard Chablis

The winemaking consists of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation under temperature control in stainless steel tanks for 50% of the wine and 50% in oak barrel (of 228 liters). Ageing on lees after fermentations of 8 months, in both stainless steel tanks and old oak barrels. Bottling 8 months minimum after harvest. Indigenous yeast is used exclusively. Almost straw in colour. Surprisingly developed aromas, which include green apples, gooseberries, lemon peel and crisp mineral notes. It is light bodied and nicely balanced, very fresh, dry ample and elegant, with a slightly nutty finish.

Penfolds Kalimna Bin 28 Shiraz

First made in 1959, Penfolds Kalimna Shiraz is an icon in the field of warm-climate Shiraz. Always ripe, robust and generously flavoured. The Bin 28 is named after the Kalimna vineyard that was purchased back in 1945 and from which the original fruit was sourced from. Today, the Bin 28 is a great example of the Penfolds dedication to multi-region, multi-vineyard blending.
