Kanosuke Single Malt Japanese Whisky embodies Kanosuke Distillery’s concept of "mellow land, mellow whisky. It was produced using all 3 of their pot stills, aged in several varieties of oak barrels, and blended together after 3 years of maturation. The Second Edition of the 2021 Kanosuke was distilled from unpeated malt in 2018, this release is largely matured in first fill re-charred ex-bourbon barrels for about 3 years. About 5,000 bottles have been released at a cask strength ABV of 57%. Citrus, Vanilla, Honey and Lemon Tea on the nose leading to a flavours of grapefruit with some cinnamon sweetness, sweet fresh fruits, vanilla and dark chocolate bitterness.

Established in 1548, Yoshinogawa is located in the Niigata Prefecture in the small city of Nagaoka City and, is now in the hands of the 20th generation of the Kawakami Family. It is 5th oldest existing Sake brewery in Japan. Yoshinogawa is one of the largest sake producers in the Niigata prefecture which is a well known major premium rice producing area. Yoshinogawa is also the oldest sake producer in Niigata. The region is a known for its crisp, clean sake with a dry finish. Refreshing sparkling Sake with the addition of Japanese Yuzu juice. It shows the citrus aromas of Yuzu and grapefruit and the palate is elegant. The gentle bubbles, burst with Citrus fruits and just a hint of bitterness to balance the clean finish.

The Abeille-Fabre family, four generation proprietor of the famous estate Chateau Mont-Redon in Chateauneuf-du-Pape introduces here another prestigious brand. This Cotes-due-Rhone is a blend of noble classic varieties of the Rhone Valley. This wine, produced with the same skill and rigour as their estate wines, is fruity and elegant during youth, but will be very enjoyable for several years. Served at cool room temperature, it will drink perfectly with sausages, roasted meal or cheese.

Established more than 100 years ago, the Eigashima distillery mostly focuses on producing sake and shochu. In 1984, however, it began making proper whisky known as White Oak. In the following years, the distillery made only blended whisky until 2007 when it started production on single malts as well. The Akashi Meïsei, which translates roughly as 'celebrity' in Japanese, is a limited edition blended Japanese whisky. White Oak Akashi Meisei Blended Whisky is made with 45% American oak matured single malt.

This Limeburners American Oak Single Malt Whisky was matured in refill American oak bourbon barrels. It has no added colouring and is non-chill filtered and is a lighter, very smooth style of single malt whisky, which really allows the malted barley flavours and ex-bourbon cask influence to shine through. Exhibiting gentle citrus and honey aromas, American Oak has a bright, golden colour with a bold and full flavour. Upfront spice with vanilla notes and a medium to long finish.

Tenute Orestiadi, born in 2008 in the heart of the Belice Valley, in Gibellina, Sicily, where perfumes and Mediterranean colors intertwine with myth and art. After the 1968 Belice earthquake, the entire valley became the center of cultural exchange and dialogue for the Mediterranean area, transforming the arduous times into energy after a historically and economically complex moment. The fil rouge of the reconstruction is the close connection between agriculture and art, which becomes an identifying feature of the company. In 2018, Tenute Orestiadi started a collaboration with La Gelsomina, located on mount Etna, thanks to the sharing of the same values and the same love for the territory. The Molino a Vento Nerello Mascalese Rosato from Tenute Orestiadi is not one you see every day. This interesting rose is produced from Nerello Mascalese grapes. Is rich and fresh fragrance hints at red fruits. The Nerello Mascalese demonstrates elegance on the palate with good acidity and appealing pleasantness.

Dionisio Ruiz planted his first vine in 1975. A vineyard on an old gravel pit which reproduced the natural conditions in which vines grow in La Rioja. And so began a pioneering road. Viña Ijalba, founded in 1991, elaborating quality ecological wines using traditional techniques of la Rioja, and even now, in its third generation, respecting its compromise with the environment. Viña Ijalba Tempranillo Rioja 2021 is 100% tempranillo like many of those wines that have written the history of DO Rioja. It is generous through all phases of the tasting. Violet colour, with a fresh vibrant aroma of red fruit, typical of Tempranillo. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and full of flavour, with a concentration of red berries. Pairs best with light meat, appetizers, rich fish and light cheese.

The grapes for Marius Wines Matarius Mataro 2017 are grown at the Paeroa vineyard at Willunga. The fruit is hand-picked and fermented in small open fermenters. It is then gently basket pressed and transferred to French and American hogsheads where it undergoes malolactic fermintation. The wine is then matured for 21 months in oak before bottling. The Marius Vineyard is located on the south-east side of McLaren Vale. All their fruit is hand picked sequentially over a period of 10-20 days, ensuring all grapes are 'near perfect' when picked. They do not use machinery or heavy tractors and no herbicides or pesticides.

The Isle of Skye is the birthplace of the heralded Scotch Whisky house of Talisker. And it is this island that gives this remarkable and unique whisky its distinctive character.
