The Estate Range 'Cool Climate' Pinot Noir shows the familiar perfume and elegance of fine Pinot Noir that mix beautifully with flavours of liqueur cherries, spice and silky tannins. There is a tight, restrained yet lively palate of intense fruit that pans out across the back palate.

A dark brew full of promise. Coopers Dark Ale is a journey in taste, starting fresh and creamy, and finishing with a lingering coffee flavour. Brewed with traditional top fermentation and then naturally conditioned, Coopers 'Dark' is made using roasted and chocolate malts, giving it a rich dark colour and unique flavour.

A truly unique blend of the finest spices including black pepper and grains of paradise, complemented by cassia bark, cardamom and coriander add the complexity and balance to create an unbeatable drinking experience. A complex array of spice notes on the nose, led by the hard peppers and underpinned by cinnamon notes from the cassia bark. An eastern style London Dry, the Spice gin produces complex spicy notes with hints of cinnamon. The unique and bespoke flavours coat the mouth and tongue with the convivial appeal, finishing smoothly. The complexity and smoothness of the Spice gin make it easy to enjoy neat on the rocks.

Reminiscent of slow and salty days, Papa Salt is an easy-drinking gin made for sharing. Our iconic full strength rosé is de-alcohlised using the latest GoLo technology. This innovative process does not require the addition of chemicals or heating. This delicate process preserves the structure of the wine and its aromatic qualities with no need to add extra aromas. Pale pink in colour, this blend reveals a nose of strawberry, cherries and forest fruits. A wonderfully refreshing drink - ideal as an aperitif or with BBQ food.

Refresh yourself with a dazzling RedHeads Sauvignon – proving how well Coonawarra, normally celebrated for its reds, especially Cabernet, handles white varieties. Lime and melon aromas add savoury character to the citrus fruit, which on the palate boasts gooseberry, grapefruit and hints of tropical passion fruit, Sereia, a rare girl's name comes from the Portuguese word for mermaid.

Hardys have produced an easy drinking Cabernet, with attractive soft berry flavours which flow easily across the palate and gentle tannins on the finish. Bottled in the larger format 1L bottles, there's now more to go around!
