Rosé

Angaston Road Growers Darren Heidenreich Barossa Valley Rosé

The Angaston Road Growers range is all about honouring the often unsung heroes of the wine world, the growers. It is their intimate knowledge of the local terroir, the changes of season, and the varietals they tend to that ensure the special parcels of fruit that make it to the winery are in tip-top form to make quality wines like this vibrantly pink Rosé. The wine recognises Darren Heidenreich of Possum Creek Vineyards in Angaston, Barossa Valley. And when it came to finding the best selection of Shiraz grapes for this new Rosé, the Angaston Road winemakers knew instantly to reach out to Darren. The single vineyard fruit is crushed and soaked on skins for two hours to extract a lovely pink colour. It's lightly pressed, cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain fresh aromas and flavours throughout. Enjoy a fruity nose of strawberry and orange, while flavours of mixed berries, lightly spiced red cherry and zingy citrus burst in your mouth. Grown, crafted and bottled in the Barossa using local glass, capsules and 100% recycled paper labels. Vegan friendly.

Rose Six Pack

Great value at $14.99 a bottle, saving you $50.

Roche Lacour Crémant de Limoux Rosé

Summer Rosé Six Pack

Versatility is in the make up of a well-made rosé – combine it with the LOW price you see here and without a doubt rosé becomes an ‘everyday’ pleasure. The colours on display make for perfect Summer drinking, although good rosé is rightly increasingly popular all year round. The versatility is epitomised by two flavour-packed and elegant South Australian bestsellers: Patronus and 16 Little Black Pigs. There are two high-pointed rosés from the Limestone Coast, one a pure Merlot, the other a Shiraz “with pristine fruit flavours backed by fine texture and bright acidity,” (Wine Orbit). Howard Vineyard is a high-altitude strawberry and spice-laced drop from Adelaide Hills “Good times ahoy … this is nicely done” (Halliday). It’s great value too! Then, from WA’s Great Southern you have a pure Pinot Noir that won Top Gold and a huge 95pts at Australia’s Cool Climate Wine Show. At $13.99 a bottle these are a steal!

Salomon Estate the Verve Rosé

Loubissou Organic

Casa Cantalini Prosecco Spumante Rosato

A bestselling Prosecco – now with a delicious pink twist. This Prosecco Rosato is crafted from Glera with a splash of Pinot Noir for that delicate blush. The grapes are sourced from vineyards in the sunny Euganean Hills (known locally as ‘happy hills’), just south of Padua in Italy’s Veneto region. Here, vines thrive in volcanic soils, giving the wine its crisp minerality and lively, fruity character. In the glass, expect a cascade of persistent bubbles with notes of wild strawberries, sweet summer fruits and a hint of citrus. It's light, refreshing and irresistibly moreish – a perfect match with chicken and seafood dishes, barbecues, or simply sipping solo.
