A bestselling Prosecco – now with a delicious pink twist. This Prosecco Rosato is crafted from Glera with a splash of Pinot Noir for that delicate blush. The grapes are sourced from vineyards in the sunny Euganean Hills (known locally as ‘happy hills’), just south of Padua in Italy’s Veneto region. Here, vines thrive in volcanic soils, giving the wine its crisp minerality and lively, fruity character. In the glass, expect a cascade of persistent bubbles with notes of wild strawberries, sweet summer fruits and a hint of citrus. It's light, refreshing and irresistibly moreish – a perfect match with chicken and seafood dishes, barbecues, or simply sipping solo.

True to Sam’s Italian heritage, it’s made from nearly all Montepulciano with a splash of Vermentino to add extra lemony zip. A pretty hue, lovely ripe fruit and zesty freshness. No need to fly north for this one, it’s glorious drinking in any season.

It's a favourite spot for holidaying Italians, but is otherwise little known. Yet its extensive vineyards produce a range of deliciously accessible wines – creamy, plum-filled Montepulciano reds, citrusy Trebbianos and this fruity Pinot Grigio. This white addition to our Farinelli range provides excellent value, yet over the vintages it’s scored an amazing 93 points at the IWC competition and won four medals. Enjoy here a lovely balance of ripe peach and apple fruit with citrusy zip. It makes an ideal apéritif and goes well with lemon chicken and creamy pasta.

Fourth-generation winemaker Laurent Guillot infuses his family’s Burgundian flair into this rosé from his Languedoc estate. With a family estate rooted in Burgundy and Beaujolais, Laurent Guillot could easily have stayed in this prestigious part of France and focused on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. However, he was keen to look further afield to the vineyards of better-value southern France. And that’s where he’s stayed, coaxing out delicate fruit elegance from the likes of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. Chais du Moulin is a delicate rosé, with the most delicate of blushes made from a 50/50 blend of Cinsault and Grenache, not unlike you’d find in the finest estates of Provence. With zesty red berry and citrus fruit, this is a very pretty pink, ideal as an apéritif or with charcuterie, white fish and lighter dishes.
