Rosé

Domaine du Mas Ensoleillé Rosé

Provence is the absolute epicentre of fine Rosé. Warm sunshine and cooling breezes from the Med encourage the elegant fruit flavours the region is known for. It’s the style the rich and famous love to sip as they enjoy the sunshine of the Côte d’Azur. This is a delicious new find from a small cellar in Aix en Provence, next door to where neoclassical painter François-Marius Granet lived (and after whom the cellar is named). Using Provence’s finest varieties for elegant Rosé, Grenache and Syrah, this pretty pink is crafted from hand picked grapes, harvested in the cool of the night. Subtle berry fruit with a classic savoury edge and bright lemony zip – this wine is as delightful on its own as it is with seafood or lighter vegetarian dishes.

Cabalié Rosé

Lusciously rich, this flavour-packed Rosé is one you’ll want to keep on sipping. Its secret? It's crafted by Parker praised winemaker Hervé Sabardeil from selected parcels of concentrated old-vine grapes from across the Languedoc region. There in France’s hot, deep south, bright sunshine ripens the grapes to perfection, and cooling breezes from the nearby Mediterranean maintain a delicious freshness. The classic Cabalié red has been one of our top-selling wines for years, and the power-packed white has enjoyed similar best-selling success. Now Hervé brings us the Cabalié Rosé, a mouthwatering berry-rich, spice-rich, intensely flavoured pink that really packs a punch. Serve it with spicy chicken, paté and charcuterie, barbecued prawns or garlicky grilled meats for a real flavour sensation.

Farinelli Rosato

Roche Bellemont Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé

Stretching along Italy’s Adriatic coast, the Abruzzo boasts pretty coastal coves and dramatic landscapes of soaring mountains, rolling verdant hills, deep valleys and ancient castles. It's a favourite spot for holidaying Italians, but is otherwise little known. Yet its extensive vineyards produce a range of deliciously accessible wines – creamy, plum-filled Montepulciano reds, citrusy Trebbianos and this fruity Pinot Grigio. This white addition to our Farinelli range provides excellent value, yet over the vintages it’s scored an amazing 93 points at the IWC competition and won four medals. Enjoy here a lovely balance of ripe peach and apple fruit with citrusy zip. It makes an ideal apéritif and goes well with lemon chicken and creamy pasta.

16 Little Black Pigs Rosé

There's always fun to be had when a member of the Pig family comes calling. This delicious 'cousin' is a succulent pink as good on the lips and tongue as it is on the eye. Lovely to look at, great aromas of ripe Summer fruits, and every bit as satisfying on the palate. Sip on its own, with fresh prawns or even a fresh fruit salad. It's delicious.

Casa Cantalini Prosecco Spumante Rosato

A bestselling Prosecco – now with a delicious pink twist. This Prosecco Rosato is crafted from Glera with a splash of Pinot Noir for that delicate blush. The grapes are sourced from vineyards in the sunny Euganean Hills (known locally as ‘happy hills’), just south of Padua in Italy’s Veneto region. Here, vines thrive in volcanic soils, giving the wine its crisp minerality and lively, fruity character. In the glass, expect a cascade of persistent bubbles with notes of wild strawberries, sweet summer fruits and a hint of citrus. It's light, refreshing and irresistibly moreish – a perfect match with chicken and seafood dishes, barbecues, or simply sipping solo.
