The classic Cabalié red has been one of our top-selling wines for years, and the power-packed white has enjoyed similar best-selling success. Now Hervé brings us the Cabalié Rosé, a mouthwatering berry-rich, spice-rich, intensely flavoured pink that really packs a punch. The 2022 is the fresh follow up vintage of the Pink Duck – highly anticipated by many to be another showstopping blush. True to Sam’s Italian heritage, it’s made from nearly all Montepulciano with a splash of Vermentino to add extra lemony zip. A pretty hue, lovely ripe fruit and zesty freshness. No need to fly north for this one, it’s glorious drinking in any season.

Fourth-generation winemaker Laurent Guillot infuses his family’s Burgundian flair into this rosé from his Languedoc estate. With a family estate rooted in Burgundy and Beaujolais, Laurent Guillot could easily have stayed in this prestigious part of France and focused on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. However, he was keen to look further afield to the vineyards of better-value southern France. And that’s where he’s stayed, coaxing out delicate fruit elegance from the likes of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. Chais du Moulin is a delicate rosé, with the most delicate of blushes made from a 50/50 blend of Cinsault and Grenache, not unlike you’d find in the finest estates of Provence. With zesty red berry and citrus fruit, this is a very pretty pink, ideal as an apéritif or with charcuterie, white fish and lighter dishes.

Stretching along Italy’s Adriatic coast, the Abruzzo boasts pretty coastal coves and dramatic landscapes of soaring mountains, rolling verdant hills, deep valleys and ancient castles. It's a favourite spot for holidaying Italians, but is otherwise little known. Yet its extensive vineyards produce a range of deliciously accessible wines – creamy, plum-filled Montepulciano reds, citrusy Trebbianos and this fruity Pinot Grigio. This white addition to our Farinelli range provides excellent value, yet over the vintages it’s scored an amazing 93 points at the IWC competition and won four medals. Enjoy here a lovely balance of ripe peach and apple fruit with citrusy zip. It makes an ideal apéritif and goes well with lemon chicken and creamy pasta.
