Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay
Since the early 90's, Penfolds have been producing Chardonnay from the cool climate region of Tumbarumba. The Chardonnay is elegant with white florals, stone fruits and a great acidity structure. Maturation in French Oak gives the Bin 311 a subtle nutty savoury flavour through and through. A great all season wine for all sorts of occasions.
Robert Mondavi Private Selection Buttery Chardonnay
Buttery Chardonnay is named for the rich, creamy flavorus imparted by its distinct winemaking style. Our coastal California vineyards deliver lush notes of ripe apple and white peach, balanced with bright, mouth-watering acidity. Malolactic fermentation then enchances the wine's body and complexity. Aging on French and American oak adds the finishing touches of brown spice and vanilla aromas and notes of toasty brioche to complement the decadent buttery profile.

Jacquart Brut Mosaique Non-Vintage
Satin pale yellow with golden nuances and jade highlights. Fine bubbles herald a fresh and fairly rich Champagne. Flowery scents of honeyed, honeysuckle petals, fruit aromas of crushed pear, candied lemon and peach, and soft, creamy notes with biscuit and fresh bread crust unfurl on first pour. After airing, denser, fruity notes of fig and pomegranate with flowery aromas of lily and sunflower and spice notes of star anise and liquorice are revealed. Fleshy, fruit-driven weight develops on the palate complemented by citrus aromas of lemon and orange. The palate is upright, ethereal and generous. A blend of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier, including 25 to 35% reserve wines. Awards: • GOLD
Peter Lehmann Portrait Chardonnay
The Chardonnay has a brilliant pale straw hue, the nose has lifted peach and nectarine balanced by subtle toasty char and spice from oak fermentation and maturation. The palate has a rich and creamy texture with flavours of freshly picked white nectarine, rockmelon and hints of lemon citrus finishing with a crisp, dry and lingering acidity balanced with a touch of toasty oak complexity. Our founder, Peter Lehmann, created Portrait wines to ‘paint a picture’ of our home in the iconic Barossa. Today, Portrait is a series of wines crafted to express the wonderful and diverse landscapes of South Australia’s wine regions. Paringa Estate Chardonnay
A classic Peninsula Chardonnay with richness and complexity and underlying elegance. Peach and tropical fruit aromas combine well with nutty creamy oak and the palate is full flavoured and long.
Forester Estate Premium Chardonnay
Forester Estate focuses on showcasing the distinct regional characters of Margaret River fruit. Made by globally trained winemaker Todd Payne, this is a style of Chardonnay that has re-awakened the variety's popularity with consumers. Full flavoured, rich and ripe with a delicious spectrum of peach, cashew, grilled nut and mealy notes all balanced with some toasty oak and zesty length.
Penfolds Max's Chardonnay
Penfolds Maxs Chardonnay is a tribute to former Chief Winemaker Max Schubert, a legend in Penfolds history. Pale straw in colour with green hues, this wine has a very nice textural and creamy palate with a soft line of acid fading ever so slowly to a distant palate horizon.

Vasse Felix is on the cutting edge of modern style Chardonnay with their focus on lean, zippy and aromatic characters. A proven medal and trophy winning wine, the Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay has delicious stone fruit and purity of acid and minerality. Has wonderful line and length that will accompany light seafood dishes wonderfully.
Tapanappa Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay
The Piccadilly Valley welcomed the Croser family back into the Tapanappa Winery with a typical cool weather vintage of exemplary quality. Stone fruit, honeydew and lemon zest, with spicy cedar oak in support. Medium bodied, tangy lemony acidity, almond and spice, firm and flinty finish. Its a wine of structure and coiled up power. Good now, but ideally needs a couple of years in the winerack.
