Lisa McGuigan Platinum Pinot Gris

A pale straw colour, with aromatic pretty floral notes of nashi pears and a touch of sweet spice. Palate of a rich medium bodied fruit driven style, layers of passionfruit, pears, citrus blossom and musk layer around natural cool climate acidity. The fruit was whole bunched pressed and clarified before early bottling to capture the fresh fruit character.

Lisa McGuigan Silver Pinot Grigio

Pale straw colour, the aroma is floral notes of ripe, delicious apples, pears, and spice. A rich medium-bodied fruit driven style with citrus blossom and musk characters palate. The Pinot Grigio fruit was sourced from cool climate Victoria, a perfect part of Australia for growing this variety. The wine, being an aromatic varietal, was released as one of the first whites to be seen from the vintage.

Blood of the Earth 404 Mornington Peninsula Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris sourced from Dr Steve's Sangue di Terra (Blood of the Earth) vineyard at 404 Stumpy Gully Road. Made using traditional winemaking methods - handpicking and whole bunch pressing, natural fermentation in seasoned barrels and extended lees ageing. Classic cool climate Pinot Gris - floral aromatics, pear, citrus and stone fruit flavours and a rich fine palate.

Peter Lehmann The Barossan Pinot Gris

The grapes were picked in the cool of the early morning and transported directly to the winery for crushing. After draining off skins, the wine was fermented at a cool temperature with neutral yeast over a two week period. After fermentation, the wine remained on yeast lees with regular bâtonnage for a number of months to enhance weight and mouthfeel. The selected parcel was fined and filtered prior to bottling in September. Brilliant pale straw with a very slight tinge of varietal bronze. Aromas of nashi pear, crunchy apples, nectarine and honeysuckle. Bright fresh and fleshy fruit flavours of peach and nectarine, soft textural mid palate with a touch of viscosity followed by a crisp, freshening citrus acidity finish perfectly balanced with a touch of residual sweetness. Enjoy with Spencer Gulf kingfish, celtuce, green daikon & smoked dashi, or charcoal roasted squid and pork belly with smoky chilli and roasted red onion.

Ca' Bolani Pinot Grigio

Bright pale straw yellow in colour, Ca Bolani Pinot Grigio is fresh and youthful, with hints of acacia flowers and subtle spicy notes. Appealing and full flavoured with yellow fruits, floral spice and a hint of toasty characters. Very well balanced with a persistent finish.

David Hook Pinot Grigio

David Hook has over 25 years experience with Tyrrell's and Lake's Folly, and in that time established his family vineyard in the Lower Hunter Valley. The Pinot Grigio is a warm climate interpretation, full of rich, sweet fruit and spice with acidity in support.

PICCINI MILLERIGHE PINOT GRIGIO DELLE VENEZIE

Colour : Straw yellow in colour with greenish hues. Bouquet : Piccini Pinog Grigio is a light medium bodied wine. On the nose it shows immediate forward flowery bouquet and fruit, especially apple and peach, holding a firm and fruity palate. Flavour : Its crisp acidity balances well with the soft character recommending it as a pleasant and easy to drink wine.
