Since 2019, the brand has planted a tree for every case sold in efforts to reduce their carbon footprint and to date, has planted 2.6 million trees in the ‘Tread Softly Forest’ (and counting)…. Tasting Note: It’s wine, but not quite. Built on a base of crisp Pinot Grigio, this spritzer brings subtle citrus and green apple notes to life, elevated by the gentle sweetness of natural white peach. Delicate stone fruit flavours complement the soft, refreshing spritz, offering a light, bright palate that’s balanced and effortlessly drinkable. Fresh, fruity, and just the right amount of bubbly.

Our rose was made using a combination of varieties and winemaking styles. A blend of Merlot and Barbera picked and pressed off skins immediately to encourage floral aromatics and elegant fruits reminiscent of roses and bramble. A small parcel of skin fermented Pinot Gris provides a textural component to the finished wine. A reflection of the volcanic soils of Broke Fordwich using old vines and an eclectic approach to winemaking has produced a dry wine packed with mouthfeel and fresh fruit.

Church Road is one of Hawke's Bay's pioneering wineries, and its McDonald Series wines celebrate one of its original owners from the early 1900s, Tom McDonald, and his entrepreneurial spirit. New for Vintage Cellars, Church Road McDonald Series Pinot Gris is a hedonistic style with its rich perfume and texture and a seductive natural sweetness balanced by a touch of spice on the finish. Appealing ripe pear, peach, rose petal, ginger and warm spice aromas are evident on the nose, complimented by subtle creamy complexity. On the palate the wine is lush and full bodied with a moderate level of sweetness balanced by gentle acidity and a touch of ginger spice on the finish.

From the cool climate of Tasmania here's a magnificent example of Pinot Grigio at its Australian finest. Ninth Island Pinot Grigio is full bodied with a lifted bouquet of exotic fruits like banana and pear. Refreshingly balanced by crisp acidity. Great price for such high quality and a wonderful introduction to the new 'it' variety.

This is a light bodied wine with juicy pear, lemon barley characters and hints of rose water. The palate is soft with a touch of creaminess. A wonderfully enjoyable wine that will pair with a wide range of food choices.

Yellow Tail have been at the forefront of providing the world quality Australian wines at some fantastic prices. This Pinot Grigio is made in the traditional Italian style with a little bit of ginger spice and flintiness. Nice rockmelon flavours with vibrant acidity all the way through the palate finishing with lovely freshness.
