Riesling

Petaluma Hanlin Hill Riesling

Petaluma Riesling is one of Australia's finest examples of this noble variety. Pale straw in colour the palate exhibits lemon and grapefuit flavours matched by some fresh and racy acidity. Sourced from the home of great Australian Riesling, this trademark Clare Valley aromatic white is wonderful when opened upon release and like all great Rieslings, will develop brilliant toasty characters over a 10 year period in the bottle.

Cor Ribbe Riesling

Cornelius Ribbe is a part time wine importer and part time winemaker at Paradigm Hill (Mornington Peninsula), while also making these very delicious wines. This is so vibrant and fresh with some beautiful floral notes of honeysuckle and white blossoms. The palate is razor focused with notes of finger lime, lemon peel, orange zest and a touch of sea spray. A beautiful wine to pair with seafood.

Koonowla Clare Valley Riesling

Sourced from our two sustainably grown vineyards in the Auburn district, each with distinctive characteristics that combine to create a superb Clare Valley style, crisp, vibrant yet full of amazing flavour. Our riesling is not just about immediate refreshment and palate excitement. It also reveals an inspired sophistication in its minerally textures and lip-smacking palate feels. This only comes from the gentlest of winemaking techniques, starting with handpicked fruit, followed by minimal intervention in the winery and a focus on crafting the most regionally expressive wine possible. You want purity in your wine? Taste our riesling and you’ll discover it sip after sip after sip. "This 2022 Riesling is fleshy and soft with a skein of tart/refreshing green apple acidity that runs its course through the palate. Juicy and plump, there is a viscosity here that makes for very pleasurable drinking" - 90 Points, Erin Larkin for Robert Parker.

Best's Great Western Riesling
