Deep Down Organic Sauvignon Blanc
Organic grapes from Marlborough. Hand Crafted by Clive Dougall (the Chairman of the NZ Organic Vignerons Association). Wild Fermented, subtle tropical & citrus fruits, with a lingering dry finish. Vegan & B Corp. Passion fruit, hay, guava and extravagant spice. It’s still super fresh, linear, and beautifully fruity with this fresh-cut melon/peach juiciness and yet a steely dry backbone. Less wild this vintage, but no less exotic, it tastes so much more extravagant and ultimately delicious than Marlborough should. Super acidity, very fresh.

Levant By Levantine Sauvignon Blanc
A stunning Sauvignon Blanc from the pristine Yarra Valley. Aromas of jasmine, caperberry, rock melon, spearmint, tangelo, and almond biscotti with a subtle savoury undercurrent of bayleaf and flinty complexity. The palate is deep, long, and flavourful with tight lines of Golden Delicious apple, lemon verbena and petrichor tones washing over a refreshing base of integrated acidity. A versatile wine that pairs harmoniously with a range of dishes including light salads and seafood dishes. Grapes were whole-bunch pressed. Juice settled overnight, then coarsely racked to oak foudre for fermentation. The resultant wines were aged on settled lees with minimal stirring. 100% malolactic fermentation was undertaken on a select number of barrels for enhanced richness and complexity. This wine is suitable for vegans.

Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauv Blanc
Grapes were individually harvested from our vineyard blocks in subregions throughout Marlborough and destemmed in the field before being gently pressed and fermented. To retain the character of each subregion and block and use them to the best advantage, each block was handled individually to capture the special characteristics of the vineyard parcel. 'Spinning Cone' technology is used to reduce the alcohol from a portion of the base wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine. The alcohol is reduced to below 1pct on approximately 60pct of the final volume, with 40pct of the base blended back to achieve a final alcohol level.
TAPI Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
A bright and memorable drop, named after the imperial Mt Tapuae-o-Uenuku, the ‘footprint of the rainbow’. Here in the South Pacific Ocean, Mt Tapi, as the locals call it, is a beacon that rises above the famous Marlborough wine region.
Two Churches Sauvignon Blanc
When the first German immigrants arrived in South Australia they brought with them their culture, religion and a hard work ethic. They established vineyards and built a church to house their faith. However, the priests disagreed on most things. In an attempt to stop their quarrelling two separate churches were built. The original preachers might not have seen eye to eye, and these days we still have our differences, but one thing w all agree on is South Australia's reputation to grow wold class wine. This sauvignon blanc is beautifully approachable with a refreshing fruit purity. It is a complex, yet well balanced wine which delivers on depth of flavour and has a vibrant, clean finish.
