Plush, generous, rich and layered, it’s a McLaren Vale masterpiece! When former WWII fighter pilot Doug Collett purchased the Woodstock vineyard in 1973, he took ownership of some of McLaren Vale’s oldest Shiraz and Grenache vines, dating back over a century. Ever since, three generations of the Collett family have produced characterful wines that capture the region’s vibrant heritage. This Shiraz is a prime example, with layers of generous dark fruit and warming spice. Named for the road that winds through the family’s historic estate, it’s rich and approachable, effortlessly showcasing the beauty of well-crafted McLaren Vale Shiraz.

A delicious combination of red currants, ripe crush berries with a fine hint of vanilla oak and tannins, 19 Crimes Cabernet Sauvignon got great structure. It is young and vibrant, which makes it a great food wine to share with your family and friends at gathering.

19 Crimes Shiraz is full and round on the palate with a subtle sweetness giving a rich and round mouth feel. The vanilla aromatics carry through on the palate and compliment subtle flavours of raspberries, dark plums, and chocolate leading to a lingering finish.

Bold and strong in character, this deep rich and golden Chardonnay is filled with stone fruit aromas and a sweet textured palate. The criminally intense toasty oak notes have hints of butterscotch and honey balanced with layers of ripe fruit. This full bodied, powerful wine finishes with rich notes of butter and vanilla.

19 Crimes Pinot Noir is part of a range that celebrates our convict history. Its delicious combination of fresh strawberries, raspberries and white pepper. Along with a generous mouthfeel this wine is supported by a soft, velvety texture with good length and subtle tannin to finish.

The wine is deep purple in colour and the nose exhibits dark plums and warms spices. The palate is an explosion of brambly fruits and fiine cedar-like oak nicely wrapped in a slinky tannin structure.

A nice change from Aussie bubbles, this German brut has a surprisingly smooth and creamy taste for the uninitiated, with fizzing fruit flavours and a delicious lingering finish. Prost!

It is in homage to the french iconic novelist Françoise Sagan that we created Marinette, a perfect embodiment of these wines of pleasure, celebration, friendship, ideal for a day at the beach or a winter evening by the fireside. These beverages also reflect their creators: Caroline, a specialized oenologist with expertise in the wines and secret terroirs of Provence, and Romain, a wine technician, amateur botanist, and lover of the Mediterranean scrubland. They joined forces to craft committed and truly engaging wines! Pale, clear, brilliant colour. An explosive bouquet of fresh raspberries, citrus fruit, passion fruit and white peaches. On the palate, a sensation of intense freshness mixed with infinite smoothness and sweetness. The saline finish is reminiscent of sea spray and immediately calls for another glass.
