A perfect partner for light fish dishes and fresh salads. When the first German immigrants arrived in South Australia they brought with them their culture, religion and a hard work ethic. The original poachers might not have seen eye to eye, and these days we still have our differences, but one thing we all agree on is South Australia's reputation to grow world class wine.
