Greedy Bird Moscato is a lighter bodied wine with rich, fresh summer fruits and grape flavours on the palate, with a sweet muscaty characteristic to it. A gentle spritz gives the palate a lively finish.

A gorgeous collection. Start with an elegant and refined Eden Valley Pinot Gris from Mountadam Vineyards with 92pts (a beautiful food wine), then enjoy five joyously zesty Grigios. Two come from top estates in the Adelaide Hills, the Dalfarras is from Nagambie Lakes in Victoria, and you’ve two bestselling favourites in the lovely Caravan from John Quarisa, and Long Live the King from Bill Calabria. Fill the fridge, and splash into glasses at the end of a long hot day.

The best fruit was selected from Block 8 of Lloyd Brothers Adelaide Hills vineyard on The Range. aromas of cumquat, white peach and lifted Spring blossoms. Refreshing flavours of cumquat and white peach continue on the palate, along with crunchy pear, citrus pith and a hint of ginger spice. A fresh, crisp white wine which is best enjoyed chilled.

Fiano is a rare white grape variety that is well matched to the cool climate of Hilltops, near Young, NSW. Fiano produces a refreshing wine with mandarin and fresh garden herb aromatics, the palate is textural and defined by lingerring lemon acidity.

Fermented and aged in French oak casks for 10 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear and nectarine are followed by hints of dried honey, biscuity oak, citrusy nougat and spice. Mid weighted and carrying a nicely fleshed feel, pear and nectarine fruits are featured over honeysuckle, biscuity nougat and spicy crème brulee characters. Gently creamed medium to long conclusion. Drink over the next 2-3 years. Alc. 12.5%
