Pinot Noir

Holm Oak The Protégé Tasmania Pinot Noir

Split Rock Pinot Noir

Awash with aromatic pomegranate, tamarillo and fresh cherry notes on the nose. The palate has savoury notes of mocha melded with nutmeg and plummy fruit. Fine oak tannins complement weighty stewed plum, dark cherry and raspberry leaving a generous warm finish in the wine.

Pinot Noir Dozen

From Tumbarumba, relish a 95pt Trophy-winner and dual Gold-medal star, a vibrant new arrival from the Yarra, plus silky beauties from Tasmania and SA including a 93pt Adelaide Hills. Enjoy all with duck, pork or no food at all – at room temperature or chilled a while. Ultimately versatile and satisfying.

Hunter’s Pinot Noir

Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Spicy red to dark cherry aromas mix with hints of stalky cedar, earth and meaty notes. On the palate generous dark cherry fruits are intertwined with strawberry, earth, spicy dried meat characters and dried herbs. Good flesh with slightly grainy tannins and a savoury medium length conclusion. Drink over the next 3-4 years. Alc. 13.5%

Terra Felix Yarra Valley Pinot Noir

Casa Silva Cool Coast Pinot Noir

Cox Family Wines Yarra Valley Pinot Noir

2023 was a cool vintage that produced exceptional wines across all varieties. Despite the delayed harvest caused by the cooler growing season, we were fortunate to have a mild summer with just a few hot days that allowed our fruit to mature gradually. Consequently, our wines boast complex and elegant flavours, fine tannins, and beautiful natural acidity.

Tasmanian Pinot Noir Quartet

Enjoy an impressive-quality Tasmanian Pinot Noir quartet! Tasmania is famous for the quality of its Pinot Noir, though not often seen outside the State, except at the very pricey end of restaurant wine lists, where most of us look with curiosity rather than intention. Our proud exclusive, Joseph Chromy’s ‘Marchington’ is named after a vineyard, planted by the alleged illegitimate son of a King of England shipped to Tasmania in the 1800s! It’s a true delight, and every bit as impressive as its back story! This joins the impressive Gold-winning, 94pt Lost Farm, with a feast of bright red fruits and an array of spices, from a Tassie enterprise set up by South Australian winemaker Richard Angove, who fell in love with the state while working a vintage in the region. Juicy and savoury Mowbry Boy 2024, is an excellent collaboration between cricket legend Ricky Ponting (one of the State's most famous sons) and award-winning winemaking superstar Ben Riggs, and there’s a beauty from Holm Oak, a family owned 5-star-rated estate, where even the family’s pet pig is called Pinot! It boasts two scores of 92pts – from Halliday, and Ken Gargett, WinePilot – who calls it: “Good value Pinot from Tassie... with good length, bright acidity and focus. 92pts"
