Over 170 years of experience have assisted in the making of this creamy, berry rich Champagne. It's the work of 5th generation winemaker Julian Fourrier, whose father, Philippe, created this special cuvée in honour of his wife, Brigitte. Her maiden name was Delmotte. The grapes are 100% Pinot Noir taken from vineyards first planted by Philippe and Brigitte – that's romance for you. All the family's 18 hectares of vines lie within Champagne's little known, southerly region, La Côte des Bars. The wine for this fine fizz was gently fermented and aged three years on its lees (twice as long as legally required) to enhance the rich toasty notes of the fizz. The Adelaide Hills is located in the Mount Lofty Ranges, east of Adelaide. One of the largest geographical wine regions in Australia, its diversity in terms of altitude, climate and soil helps it produce its distinctive cool climate wines. 2021 vintage was one of the greats. Excellent winter/spring rainfall, sunny warm spring followed by one of the mildest summers on record with only one day over 36 and beautiful mild evenings. This 93pt Kings' Creed Pinot Noir has a vibrant palate of dark berry, red currant and cherry with subtle hints of truffle, finishing with silky graceful tannins. A very seductive wine.

Dr Forrest and his wife Brigid (also a doctor) use techniques in the vineyard to allow the grapes to obtain maximum flavour, but keep sugar (and therefore alcohol) levels down. No fancy winery or laboratory tricks – just some very clever canopy management and timing as to when they pick. This superb Pinot is made with fruit from North and Middle Wairau Valley vineyards, planted over 20 years ago. Get ready for shimmering floral notes, red summer fruits, dark cherry, raisins, and a nutty, savoury undertone. It’s lovely. 9.5%

Light ruby in colour with lifted aromas of cherry, red berry and blood plum. The palate is bright with sour cherry, fresh raspberries and cranberries and a hint of spice. Bright fruit flavours are balanced with fine, soft tannins. Aging in French oak and clonal selection add layers of complexity and finesse. Enjoy now or cellar for many years to come. In the same way as the Common Heath is a quintessential expression of Victoria's flora, this 2022 release Pinot Noir combines fine parcels of wine, individually sourced from various sites across Victoria. Pretty and lifted with beautiful red fruits; strawberry and raspberry with hints of cherry cola. The palate is soft and smooth with fruitiness flowing through. Soft velvety tannins to finish. A fine match with chicken in red wine, spicy roasted vegetables, with feta and couscous or sipped solo. Excellent value Pinot!
