Classic Adelaide Hills style with powerful nectarine, citrus and white peach fruits with a touch of spicy oak. Originally the Morgan's label was based around a single vineyard high in the Adelaide Hills near Lenswood, but is now a regional blend, picking out the best of the Hills. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc is the focus, but with the occasional spicy Shiraz for good measure.

Straw. Opens with aromas of creamy ripe white nectarines and apples. Good round mouthfeel with clean and crunchy flavours from pure stone fruits. A crisp and fresh yet rich chardonnay.

Ignoring fashion and braving the scorn “wine thought police” Elephant in the Room was created to give consumers exactly what they want – full bodied and mouth-filling wines that deliver maximum pleasure. Each wine is sourced from slow-ripening cool climate vineyards in the Limestone Coast of South Australia and partially matured in French Oak before final blending and bottling by Corey Ryan.

From the best block of Yarra Valley, hand-picked. Whole-bunch presses is used to minimize extraction of tannins from the skins and pips of the grapes，and the result is very clear juice with excellent varietal fruit flavour. Fermented in French oak, matured for 9 months. It has layers on palate and a long, caressing finish

COLOUR Pale straw with a green tinge NOSE Fragrant white peach and citrus notes with pear and subtle nougat nuances. PALATE Medium-full bodied palate with flavours of stonefruit, zesty grapefruit and citrus blossom complemented by a creamy texture from lees influence. The fine, delicate acid line provides a mineral framework for the wine and allows the fruit flavours to linger through the long finish.
