Innocent Bystander eminates from Victoria's Yarra Valley and is the brain child of owner, Phil Sexton. The Pinot Noir is packed full of black cherry and cedary notes with a perfect balance of soft, but fine grained tannin.

One of the most exciting discoveries we made from a trip to New Zealand last year. Coal Pit is located in the Gibbston Valley sub region of Central Otago. Perfumed with violets, the nose is lifted and aromatic. Vibrant mid palate of black doris plum, wild herb, coffee and cassis backed by silky tannins and well integrated spicy oak. Vibrant ruby red colour with notes of small red fruits, spices and vanilla. The flavour is complex yet elegant with a smooth soft finish. Slightly chilled with grilled meats and cheeses.

Devil's Vine is one hell of a wine. This devilish drop is approachable yet complex, juicy yet smooth and intensely satisfying. This wine has aromas of ripe cherry fruit and red plum notes complimented by toasty oak. Light in body, red fruit flavours with balanced acidity on the palate reveal fine tannins and a long finish.

From the famed region of Central Otago in New Zealand comes Pepperjack Pinot Noir. The juicy flavours from the nose continue with a mouth filling dark cherry and luscious cassis character matched with supple mouth filling tannin that gives a silken textural structure. The savoury cocoa and resinous spices from the oak and whole bunch fermentation help draw the red and blue fruits across palate melding to a complex and concentrated finish.
