Children of the Revolution has been hand-crafted for a new generation of wine lovers. The wines are sourced from premium South Australian vineyards to produce soft, fruit-driven wines that are full of fresh, bright fruit flavours whilst being medium bodied, naturally lighter in alcohol and vegan friendly. This Pinot Noir displays black cherry, strawberry, liquorice and brown spice characters that are light in feel but energetic and long in flavour. Soft integrated tannins provide structure whilst a bright acidity drives the fresh finish. Great on its own, or well matched with a mushroom pasta.
