Senior winemaker Jamie Saint, pursues his passion for the wines of the Barossa through the Barossa Valley Wine Company. He crafts wines of sophistication, each with the perfect balance of elegance, power and grace. Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through our historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. Lifted aromas of red cherry and raspberry complemented by clove and lavender on the nose, with a rich, earthy and vibrant palate. Soft velvety tannins provide a silky yet persistent finish, punctuated with bright redcurrant and blueberry characters and a subtle background of spice from twelve months French oak maturation.

Teusner Albert Shiraz is made from old vines in the northern Barossa; rich black fruits and tarry cassis with smoky undertones, the finish is long and luscious. Could easily be cellared for the medium term.

Mildara has been crafting premium wines from South Australias Limestone Coast since 1953. This traditional Australian blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon provides a full bodied palate that is rich with velvety tannins. Subtle oak hints bring depth of flavour and structure to the dark berry fruits - including mulberry, plum and a touch of mint and savoury spice.

Elegant, focused with complex tapestry. perfumed and pretty with roses petal, subtle spice and a hint of violet. Palate is fine with ripe mulberry, clove, cinnamon and supple tannins.

The finish displays lifted aromas of ripe red fruits, dark chocolate and a hint of spice. The palate is rich and intense, with upfront flavours of dark plums, blackcurrant and blackberry, combining perfectly with subtle oak flavours and smooth tannins. Makes for the perfect gift.

Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Cabernet is a finely balanced mixture of ripe dark fruits and fine texture. The Limestone Coast offers fruit of intensity with ripe dark berry flavours and outstanding freshness. Finishing in Scotch Whisky barrels has softened the tannin profile whilst adding a slight cherry, crème brûlée edge, due to the heavy toast to the barrels.
