Cox Family Wines Tumbarumba Chardonnay

From cool slopes 530 metres above sea level in the Snowy Mountains, comes a classy Chardonnay that strikes a balance between fresh fruit and French oak. Generous nectarine and rockmelon aromas on the nose; characteristic Tumbarumba crispness on the palate, with fresh stone fruit flavours and a hint of honey on the way to a clean finish. Matured in 15% new French oak. Gold medals around the world (including at the International Wine & Spirits Awards and the Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge) underline the appeal of genuinely cool-climate Australian Chardonnay.

Settlement Heritage Sauvignon Blanc

Aromas of ripe freshly cut citrus fruits, reminiscent of pristine lemons and oranges, intertwined with lifted aromas of spring blossoms. Not a simple example of this sought-after style, the palate shows excellent concentration, poise, and length.

Zephyr MK III Sauvignon Blanc

The Zephyr MK III Sauvignon Blanc is designed to disrupt the norm and stretch conventional thinking within the nuance of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is all about salted lime, unami, and mineral nuances. An 'on the mark' match with blue cod, scallops, and prosciutto with soft goat's cheese.

Konrad Sauvignon Blanc

Wonderful aromas of lime and lemon sherbet with hints of apricot. The palate expresses passionfruit and citrus flavours with a hint of oak influence which adds complexity and roundness. Perfect with Pad Thai.

Luc Belaire Brut Gold

Introducing Belaire Brut Gold, an effortlessly elegant addition to the Luc Belaire Range. Created in the heart of Burgundy from a blend of handpicked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, Belaire Brut Gold is stunning inside and out, adding a touch of luxury to any occasion. Our wines are crafted by 5th and 6th generation father-and-son winemakers at our 118-year old maison, where ancestral winemaking traditions are alive in each bottle. The winery, found in Montagny-les Beaune, lies in the centre of one of the world's most respected and historic winemaking regions. Belaire Brut Gold is a versatile wine, ideal for pairing with nearly any cuisine and achieves a perfect balance of fresh Chardonnay fruit, a hint of peach, pear and brioche, and a refreshing dry finish. For the dosage, we use organic sugarcane, bringing structure and length to the wine, and recreating a style popularized in the Années folles - France's 1920s artistic and cultural renaissance.

Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay

Since the early 90's, Penfolds have been producing Chardonnay from the cool climate region of Tumbarumba. The Chardonnay is elegant with white florals, stone fruits and a great acidity structure. Maturation in French Oak gives the Bin 311 a subtle nutty savoury flavour through and through. A great all season wine for all sorts of occasions.

Yarra View Reserve Yarra Valley Chardonnay

The Yarra Valley is Victoria's oldest winemaking region and one of the most picturesque. This region has rightly earned its renowned reputation for producing wines of finesse, flavour and distinction. Yarra View is a true representation of this. Displaying vibrant cirtus and stone fruit aromas that flow into a silky palate, brimming with fresh fruits, vanillin oak and lively acidity for balance and length.

Taylors St Andrews Clare Riesling

This year it's Riesling's turn to shine and no one is doing a better, zestier wine than Taylors. St Andrews Riesling is a true labour of love that is hand-crafted from individually selected parcels of fruit that are grown on the family estate vineyards. This particular Clare Riesling vintage is still tight and restrained with a linear focus to the palate and purity of fruit flavours. There are lashings of fresh lemon/lime juice characters up front and a slate-like minerality across the mid-palate. It is backed up by a persistent and refreshing lime acid finish.

Charton & Trebuchet Saint Veran

100% Chardonnay. At the southern tip of the Mâconnais, this vineyard brings together several villages in the North (Prissé and Davayé) and in the South (Leynes, Chasselas, Chânes, part of Solutré-Pouilly and of course Saint-Vérand) of the Roche de Solutré. A delicate nose of citrus fruits and white fruits is followed by flavours of ripe fruits and fern notes. A nice harmony, a generous and complex wine with a mineral and persistent finish.

Field of Stones Sauvignon Blanc

Forrest Estate now have vineyards in premium Otago and Gimlett Gravels but grapes for Field of Stones Sauvignon are pure Marlborough, grown on the very stony soil adjacent to the Forrest winery, hence the name ‘Field of Stones’. The fruit is harvested in the cool of the night and early morning to maximise the mineral freshness and the lemon thyme, elderflower and guava flavours. Bring on the seafood platter!
