Elephant In The Room Buttery Chardonnay

The Elephant in the Room wines are proudly large in scale and expansive in flavour. Ignoring fashion and braving the scorn “wine thought police” Elephant in the Room was created to give consumers exactly what they want – full bodied and mouth-filling wines that deliver maximum pleasure. Each wine is sourced from slow-ripening cool climate vineyards in the Limestone Coast of South Australia and partially matured in French Oak before final blending and bottling by Corey Ryan.

Morgan's Reserve Pinot Gris

It is a subtly perfumed Pinot Gris showing peach and citrus scented fruits. It's on the palate this wine comes in it's own with balance and textural richness. Made in a style that will match well with food or drink on it's own. The wines bottled under the Morgan's Label have been sourced from a select group of small growers in the Adelaide Hills since 2010, the first of which was Owen Morgan.

Domaines Schlumberger Gewürztraminer Les Princes Abbés

This wine can be combined with exotic cuisines, blue fin tuna maki and wasabi, a crab salad with grapefruit, a prawn curry with saffron. Slow, pneumatic pressing was followed by static racking. Fermentation in thermo?regulated tuns for one to four months. Clear golden yellow with green reflections, of good intensity. The disk is bright, limpid and transparent. The wine shows youth. Domaines Schlumberger, located in Guebwiller Alsace, has been family-owned since 1810. Members of the 6th and 7th generations run the company today. It is the largest Grand Cru vineyard holder in the Alsace region with 70 hectares of the classic Alsace varieties of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer in the Grand Crus of Saering, Kitterle, Kessler and Spiegel, representing more than half the total Domaine plantings. The Schlumberger range 'Les Princes Abbes', comprises these three classic varieties together with a Pinot Blanc in affordable estate-grown styles as well as the rare, exquisite and highly sought-after Vendanges Tardives and Selection de Grains Nobles wines.
