Over 170 years of experience have assisted in the making of this creamy, berry rich Champagne. It's the work of 5th generation winemaker Julian Fourrier, whose father, Philippe, created this special cuvée in honour of his wife, Brigitte. Her maiden name was Delmotte. The grapes are 100% Pinot Noir taken from vineyards first planted by Philippe and Brigitte – that's romance for you. All the family's 18 hectares of vines lie within Champagne's little known, southerly region, La Côte des Bars. The wine for this fine fizz was gently fermented and aged three years on its lees (twice as long as legally required) to enhance the rich toasty notes of the fizz. It wouldnt be Tahbilk without Marsanne. First planted on the Estate in the 1860s, we have the largest single holding of this unique varietal worldwide including surviving vines dating back to 1927, amongst the oldest in the world. So it is pretty exciting that the first vintage Estate white is indeed Marsanne!. There is delicious early flavour development with this latest release, the result of a long growing season. Those flavours are fresh and zesty lemon/lime, pear and guava fruits alongside apple blossom and jasmine aromas. Juicy and taut now with savoury and mineral touches, careful cellaring will realise noted marmalade and honeyed notes.

A family owned and operated winery in Western Australia's glorious Margaret River wine region. The ancient terroir, pure ocean breezes, and warm mild climate produce vintages of balance, complexity and quality, as clearly demonstrated in this juicy and admirable Sauvignon Blanc. Vibrant aromas of honeysuckle and mandarin before a palate of honeydew, citrus blossom and white peach flavours. 18% underwent fermentation in French oak, and was then left of lees for 5 months. The result? A creamy texture with hints of cashew, superbly balanced by a fine acid line drawing the wine through to a long, flavoursome finish. The making of Dragonfly Sauvignon Blanc Semillon centres on capturing the fresh and alluring tropical and seasonal fruit flavours from the region. A minute portion is fermented in French oak barriques to add a layer of intrigue to the wine. Enticing aromatics of passionfruit, tropical notes, kiwi fruit and lime zest. The palate is crisp and refreshing, having a depth of flavour, tropical spectrum, and a long fine finish.

Named after Bella, one of the McPherson's many grandchildren, a girl with a whimsical nature combined with a steely determination. Qualities reflected in the McPherson's charming Pinot Grigio. Hints of honeysuckle and apple give a joyous uplift to a fresh, fruit driven palate with lightly savoury flavours and notes of pear and citrus. It was grown in New South Wales and crafted by two amazing Australian winemakers, Jo Nash and Olivia Forbes. It displays strong peach and nectarine accompanied by creamy cashew nuts from barrel fermentation and maturation. Lingering fruit flavours last well after the last sip.
