The Grand Reserve Chardonnay is made from 100% estate sourced fruit from Santa Barbara, one of California's coolest grape growing regions. Ageing on lees after fermentations of 8 months, in both stainless steel tanks and old oak barrels. Bottling 8 months minimum after harvest. Indigenous yeast is used exclusively. Almost straw in colour. Surprisingly developed aromas, which include green apples, gooseberries, lemon peel and crisp mineral notes. It is light bodied and nicely balanced, very fresh, dry ample and elegant, with a slightly nutty finish.

Complex mineral and flint aromas with a palate that has good length. Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon has wonderful balance between the fresh citrus flavours of youth and the aged 'toasty' characters. It is great with seafood dishes.

Isabel Estate Chardonnay exudes bright, ripe fruit such as grapefruit and lemon with upfront acidity. Complex aromas of sweet nuttiness, ripe figs and a touch of melon follow closely by with delicious nougat and caramel. Finish is creamy and lingering. Not one to miss.
