Brown lime cordial, frangipani, lemon drops, nectarine and elderflower. A complex and refreshing nose that follows on to the palate with typical toasty nuts, nougat, and citrus. Medium-bodied and textural with a mouthfeel that radiates from the centre of the palate and clings to the side of the mouth. A juxtaposition of fat and skinny, soft but acidic, green but ripe. Superbly complex white wine from a warm climate.

A Yarra Valley chardonnay from the cooler Coldstream Sub-region off Spring Lane (Yarra Valley. Handpicked and whole bunch pressed with full solids to 800L Rousseau muids and older barrels, fermented with indigenous yeasts and left sur lees for 8 months before being bottled unfiltered and unfined.

This exotic blend from Alain Brumont combines the exotic aromatics, richness and texture of the Gros Manseng with the fresh acidity and structure of Sauvignon blanc. Very attractive with good intensity of flavour and excellent palate feel. Remarkable quality and value for a wine of this level.

Brightwater is from a tiny family estate our Buyer first visited in 2002, having noticed that famous Aussie wine writer James Halliday had reviewed their Sauvignon above Cloudy Bay. Their 2009 was also rated as 5 Stars by top Kiwi wine critic Bob Campbell MW. A classic match with goat's cheese, it's also just the ticket with seafood, especially oysters. Alternatively, enjoy as a refreshing glass on its own.

Grapes from Marlborough have produced a crisp Chardonnay with flavours of citrus, nectarine and pineapple and a lovely toasty finish.

This naturally fermenting sparkling wine is made from certified organic & biodynamic Chenin Blanc grapes from Margaret River. Grapes are picked, wild fermented in old oak barrels before being blended back to tank with a small addition of Shiraz juice. This ensures fermentation continues in the bottle & the party can get started\! This wine receives no additions of tannin, acid or sulphur dioxide, its just grapes. Nothing else.
