Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach and melon aromas mix with toasty vanillin oak and spice. Rich fleshy ripe peach, tropical fruit and melon flavours mix with dried honey and spicy vanillin oak characters. Round and full in the mouth with good underlying acidity it finishes with plenty of fruit. Drink over the next 1-2 years. Alc. 12.7%

Robert Mondavi Barrel Chardonnay is layered with complex aromas of blackberry, creamy milk chocolate, coffee and smoke. These aromas are complemented by flavours of blueberry pie, sweet caramel and mocha with the addition of soft, chewy tannins.

A fruit forward Pinot Gris with pear, red apple and lemon. Medium bodied with a rounded mid palate and great acid drive to finish with a touch of minerality. The fruit for this wine was partially harvested from our Upton Run and Billi’s vineyards in the Strathbogie Ranges. After gentle crushing the juices was fermented in stainless steel using a carefully selected yeast to enhance primary fruit aromas. The wine was then matured in stainless steel on lees for three months to build more body and toast notes.

Very pale with green tints. Lifted floral aroma of lime and citrus blossom. Lively balance, fresh and stylish, lovely chalky texture showing crystal clear lemon flavours which show extra-ordinary length on the palate.

The first whiff of this restrained Sauvignon Blanc indicates a departure from the hugely aromatic styles of Marlborough. It has a delicate floral nose with an inkling of Indian spice while the fruit is more stone-fruit than tropical. The palate is elegant, texturally soft with a mouthfeel of freshness and breadth.
