Scarborough Yellow Label Chardonnay is sourced from fruit grown on the winery's rich Terra Rossa soil. This helps produce a Chardonnay that is rich and mouth filling with creamy, buttery flavours. Having being left of lees for a minimum of 12 month and going through 100% Malo fermentation, this Hunter Valley Chardonnay is one for those who love an 'old-school' Chardonnay.

The Pinot Gris from the Long Road range of the Eden Road wines has lifted aromas of strawberry shortcake and ripe pears. These delicate characters are balanced with fine natural acid and textural palate. Ghost Rock Supernatural Illusions Pinot Noir 2022 vintage is sort of reverse of an orange wine (white grapes fermented on skins like red wine), this is a white wine made from red grapes taken off their skins immediately and fermented as clean juice. Colour was encouraged to drop out by way of barrel fermentation and lees stirring. The result is something unexpected yet familiar. Textured, full & flavourful. On the nose is a delectable mix of caramel, white flowers, lemon rind and exotic fruits. The palate has a strong acidic drive which helps to support the full fruit weighted palate with just a tickle of phenolics for interest. This wine is sure to delight and surprise your friends, a fun wine to bring to a party - try to stump the wine aficionados of your group!

A beautifully perfumed Gewurztraminer from the oldest planting in the Yarra Valley.

Henschke Julius is a classic expression of Eden Valley Riesling. An almost perfect vintage has provided the citrus blossom and lime aromas and an intense minerally structure which will develop for a decade at least.

The 2023 Single Vineyard Riesling delicately balances between being 'dry' and 'off-dry' (8.6g/l grams residual sugar), and achieves a remarkable equilibrium between acidity and fruitiness. All the grapes for this wine come from a single vineyard located in the Tea Tree sub-region of Coal River, which was planted on dark clay in 2004 with a vineyard density of 5000 vines per hectare. The grapes are carefully hand-picked, destemmed, and then undergo 8 hours of skin contact maceration before being pressed and transferred to tanks for fermentation. Fermentation is halted when the ideal sugar-to-acid balance is achieved, and the wine is left on lees for several months, with gentle stirring every two weeks.

Cloudy Bay has produced a Sauvignon Blanc of vibrant intensity. The characteristically uplifting aromas of kaffir lime, lemon zest and nectarine, with the floral notes of orange blossom on the nose; A weighty texture of ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours balanced by a minerally-citrus acid backbone with a finish that is crisp and clean on the palate. The wine has elegant line and length; refined, fleshy yet focused and refreshing.
