Louis Moritz was born in 1830 at Pfaffenhoffen in Alsace; he moved to Barcelona in the middle of the XIX century and founded in 1856, as a pioneer in our Country, the brewery... Moritz is a beer brewed with pale malts, water from the source Font d’Or from the Montseny-Guilleries and perfumed with an infusion of Saaz hop flowers.
