Redman Bill & Arthur Coonawarra Shiraz

The Bill & Arthur is named after two pioneering and well-regarded Coonawarra local legends and, we are delighted to tell you, that in the glass, this special exclusive is deep, dark and downright delicious. Drawn from the 1890s heritage row and other Redman vineyards with an average vine age of about 50 years, the Bill & Arthur stands as a classic Coonawarra Shiraz: medium-bodied, with a richness of fruit that ripens at a lower alcohol level than typical Barossa and McLaren Vale Shiraz. Hand-plunged and basket-pressed, the 2021 exhibits generous blackcurrent, violet and bramble aromas, leading to a savoury flavor profile with a touch of pepper and Chinese five-spice playing in the background. Just add barbequed ribeye with black pepper sauce. Dan Redman describes the 2021 vintage as one of Coonawarra’s best. Matured in aged American and French oak for about 12 months. Will cellar for 5 to 10 years but ready for immediate drinking pleasure.

Sevenhill Cellars Estate Grown Inigo Clare Valley Grenache

Come savour pure, delicious 91pt Sevenhill Inigo Grenache from vines planted in the 1920s, without a hint of oak. Fresh aromas of strawberries, raspberries, cherries and a nice of cinnamon draw you in, leading to a pretty, finely detailed palate showcasing juicy fruits helmed by tart acidity. Another example of why Aussie Grenache is on the rise. "This is super-pale in the glass, and sets off with a magenta hue. Clark Hill, named after the land on which the Coriole estate was built, is an impressively rich blend of lush Cabernet planted in 1988, and spicy Shiraz planted in 1969 when Coriole was set up. Savour subtle lavendar aromas and a melee of plum, cassis and redcurrant flavours lifted by elegant, exotic spice.

Mountadam Vineyards Eden Valley Shiraz

Founded in 1970, Mountadam Vineyards excels at crafting first-class wines like this spicy and fragrant cool-climate Shiraz from the rugged and remote Eden Valley. Youthful deep dark red. Spicy, slightly herbal lift over plum and redcurrant fruit. A medium-bodied, cool climate style with stalky whole bunch notes, white pepper and cedar over fresh red berry fruit, and a a clean, dry and supple finish.

Tahbilk Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes used to craft this dazzling Cabernet Sauvignon from Tahbilk Wines were fermented in open vats and then matured in French oak. The resulting wine displays a dark blood red colour. The attractive bouquet offers scintillating aromas of cassis blackberry, mocha and choc which are replicated on the luscious palate. Ripe tannins fuse with layered aromatics and juicy flavours to culminate in a refreshing finale.
