Penfolds Bin 138 Grenache Mourvedre Shiraz
Bin 138 draws its inspiration from the wines of the southern Rhône Valley of France, where Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro (or Mourvèdre) are blended in varying proportions to create full-bodied wines possessing rich and heady perfume. Each year fruit for Bin 138 is sourced from old Barossa Valley vineyards (some more than 100 years old) and after fermentation the wine is matured for 12 to 15 months in seasoned oak hogsheads.. Bin 138 is defined by its distinctive plum, raspberry pastille and underlying spicy notes. The first vintage release of this blend was the 1992 and early vintages were labelled ‘Old Vine’. The wine was elevated to Bin status with the 1998 vintage. Explore Penfolds 2021

Domaine G. roumier Clos de la Bussiere 1er cru
Domaine Lamy-Pillot 1er Cru Boudriotte
Domaine Lamy-Pillot 1er Cru Boudriotte, Chassagne-Montrachet Domaine Lamy-Pillot is a small family-run winery, established in 1973, which counts as relatively youthful for the region. The wines of Lamy-Pillot are consistent and drinkable in the very best sense. The 1er Cru Boudriotte is a Pinot Noir with cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant on its nose. On the palate, there is more of that berry explosion, with strawberries and dark cherries grounded by earthy aniseed and light spice. A hint of oak and fine tannins.
Henschke Tappa Pass Shiraz
Henschke have in recent years begun to identify and single out great quality parcels of Shiraz fruit that deserves to be bottled seperately and released as part of their Vineyard Selection. The Tappa Pass Shiraz is sourced from old low yielding Barossa vineyards that shows amazing depth and concentration. Rich, lush and intense it will develop further complexity with bottle age.
Vietti Barbaresco Roncaglie
Product Description: An historic cru redefined with precision and finesse. Vietti’s Barbaresco Roncaglie 2021 marks a new era for this site, drawn from sandy hillside vineyards in Treiso that favour fragrance and elegance over power. First bottled in 1967 and once known as Roncaglie Masseria, the wine has since been fine-tuned with longer maceration, extended ageing and a considered later release, ensuring it reaches the market with greater balance and composure. In 2021 the wine shows remarkable clarity of fruit and structure. Fermented in open-top stainless steel with daily délestage and aged for two and a half years in large oak, barrique and steel, it reveals the house’s deft hand at expressing Nebbiolo. The result is a Barbaresco of concentration and grace, layering perfumed florals, taut tannins and fresh red fruits in a style that underscores why Vietti remains one of Piedmont’s most respected names. Tasting Notes NOSE – Red berries & florals Wild strawberries, blood orange, violet and rose with spice and earthy undertones. L’Arlésienne Morgon Corcelette
The only L’Arlésienne aged in barrel, Corcelette is a blend of two high-altitude parcels on the north side of Morgon. There are 0.20 hectares of north-exposed 80-year vines in the Janins climat at 450 metres and 0.25 hectares in Truges (bordering Chiroubles Chatenay), where the vines are only slightly younger, and the parcel faces south. Both parcels are farmed biodynamically, which is exceptionally rare in this village. Benoît bottled these two sites separately in 2021 and may do so again in the future. In 2022, Janins was severely hailed, so he had no choice but to make the blend. It features just a little more bunch than the Chiroubles, and this wine was raised for 12 months in 500-litre oak. It’s an impressive wine: tightly wound yet with plenty of fruit and a long, powdery finish. Impressive!
