A classic Paringa Estate Shiraz balancing restraint and power. Blackcurrant pastille, raspberry licorice, a hint of tobacco, spice and a redcurrant lift on the nose. The palate has a generous black fruit core supported by an abundance of fine grained tannins and acid line.

Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé Grand Cru Cuvée Vieilles Vignes Musigny De Vogüé and Musigny are synonymous. This the Domaines prized selection of old vines, the youngest of which are 40 years old, from their 7.2ha of the fabled Musigny. In only 15 years, the Shiraz Viognier has attained 'Exceptional' status with Langton's, the highest possible.

Colour is deep red. The nose shows aniseed, tar, FruChocs and spicy oak. The fine palate entry has mulberry, cranberry, aniseed and liquorice flowing delicately with Rhone-like spicy, chewy, savoury tannins.
