Aroma Dark berries, liquorice, mocha and spice with background notes of dark chocolate and smoky oak. Palate Intense and mouth filling, the palate shows blackberry, cocoa and coffee characters with long, balanced tannins tying the structure together, this is a rich and complex wine that will cellar for years to come. Colour Deep red-purple in colour and almost inky in depth.

A Rosé with the structure of a prestige Cuvée, Charles Heidsidck Rosé Reserve has a subtle, yet complex aromas of strawberry jam mixed with ripe peaches on the nose. It is delicate at first on the palate but the raspberry and blackberry slowly became apparent. They are well-balanced with the right amount of acidity. The wine is well structured and made to match with food.

Deep crimson with aromas of blackberry, dark plum and subtle oak spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied, showing layers of ripe black fruits, mocha and fine tannins. Powerful yet refined, it finishes long and elegant with balanced oak integration.

Deep garnet with aromas of blackcurrant, cedar and graphite. The palate is rich and structured, showing concentrated cassis, dark chocolate and fine-grained tannins. Elegant and powerful, it finishes long with classic Coonawarra mint and oak spice.

Winemaker Elena Brooks has a unique ability to heighten the aromatic power and flavour of Grenache, and this wine is her pinnacle release of the variety.Bright medium to deep ruby. Seductive florals, strawberry, violets, raspberry jube and rose petal. An amalgam of gentle flavours with sweet cherry and strawberry, over satin-soft tannins with superb length. The Torbreck Descendant has a powerful nose of blackberry and tar complemented by floral lavender and a violet lift. Full-bodied and concentrated with ripe silky tannins and plenty of extract this wine has a great future ahead.
