This richly flavoured wine is jet black with brilliant sheen. The fresh forest berry fruits are balanced with a smokey cedar like oak lift. The palate is generous, with rich upfront cassis fruit and hints of cinnamon spice. Sublime oak flavours give great persistence.

This is a very affordable Pinot from the highly regarded Tarrawarra winery with fruit sourced from the estate and the hills of southern NSW. A well made Pinot with good fruit depth and varietal flavour.

Chris Ringland Shiraz has been one of Australia's most loved wines over the past few years with its immense concentration of bold, forboding fruit. Chris Ringland, the man behind such famous names as Three Rivers Shiraz, creates a wine that is made from mature Northern Barossa vines and shows dark mass of concentrated black and blue fruits, laced with sweet mocha and wrapped in a smooth, velvety texture. Not for the faint of heart, the CR Shiraz is improving vintage on vintage.

This densely coloured wine displays lifted aromas of blackberry and cassis on the nose. Richly textured, the palate offers opulent sweet fruit flavours with a hint of mint and a long velvety finish.

Mount Langi Billi Billi Shiraz is a rich and exciting Shiraz from one of Victoria's most respected Shiraz producers. A generous wine of luscious red and black fruits paired with finely structured tannins and mouth-watering acidity. While normally associated with Grenache and Shiraz blends, Mourvèdre recently has begun to stand on its own two feet as a stand-alone wine. Durif achieves cult-like status among those who enjoy its dense concentrated charm. Intense aromas of dark berry fruits and liquorice notes are perfectly married with a rich and ripe palate.

Grown in the Langhe region of Piedmont, this Nebbiolo will age for the short to medium term however it is also made to drink beautifully when young. Coming from what most regard as the spiritual home of the Nebbiolo grape the wine shows the typical structure and freshness of this variety when grown with care and attention to detail. St Hallett Faith Shiraz is one of the all time customer favourites at Dan Murphy's Ripe flavoursome concentrated Shiraz from the Barossa Valley with great mouthfeel and length of flavour with fine soft tannins. Drinks nicely now and will age well in the medium term.

This wine may be a little hard to pronounce but the flavour rolls across the tongue. This Gamay (Gam- May) is crisp and fresh with a medium body weight, long red fruit flavours and silky tannins.
