A deep, full-bodied red from Western Australia's Margaret River region. The nose is extremely aromatic, with intense notes of dark cherries, blackberries, and plums, backed by subtle nuances of floral and spice. On the palate, juicy black fruit flavours are married with a spicy, rich, velvety tannin structure, and a complex finish of dark chocolate, mocha and dried herbs. The colour is a deep, dark ruby-purple and the wine has a lovely texture, with good acidity and a long, lingering finish. An excellent approachable Shiraz with plenty of flavour and character.

Zonte's Footstep J.Esquire Grenache

Bright ruby/ crimson colour with purple hue. Mild and aromatic bouquet of summer pudding with floral wafts. The medium bodied palate is ripe and smooth, lead by dark Satsuma Plum flavour along with delicious juicy ripe Mulberries and comforting Cinnamon spice with a hint of cedar oak. It has a crisp line of acidity that finishes with a lingering embrace of peppery warmth. Though it will drinks well now, it should cellar for 5 to 7 years. Its versatility means that it can be paired with virtually any food, but perfect with pan-fried duck breast, crispy pork or roasted vegetables.

Coppabella Procella I Shiraz

Pepper and spice in abundance, over dark cherry/berry fruits. There's a lovely graphite mineral note here too. The palate is medium-bodied and well balanced, finding a natural line of fruit and spice. Viticulture: Hand selected fruit sourced from five clones planted to various aspects, elevations and soil types. Yields were small but flavours were both concentrated and captivating. Winemaking: The fruit was cold soaked for 5 days before being inoculated in open fermenters. The wine was fermented gradually over 12 days then matured in French Puncheons and Hogsheads (25% new) for 12 months.
