The 2019 Trimboli “Salvatore” Trebbiano has scooped a Gold medal at the Australian Italian Varietal Awards Wine Show. The wine then went on to receive the Trophy at the same show and then…….. Chief Judges Award for Most Exciting Wine of the Show. Sa, whho has won hhundreds and hundreds of Golds over the years (plus some MAJOR Trophhies) hhas always handled this Italian white grape superbly, and you will love it every bit as much as the show judges. White fruit, elegant chharm and a lick of French oak. Delicious!

Dr Forrest and his wife Brigid (also a doctor) use techniques in the vineyard to allow the grapes to obtain maximum flavour, but keep sugar (and therefore alcohol) levels down. No fancy winery or laboratory tricks – just some very clever canopy management and timing as to when they pick. This delicious lower alcohol (9.5%) Rosé melds Pinot Noir with the white grape Arneis to create a delightfully fresh and lively pink, bursting with fresh strawberries, ripe red cherry, and just a hint of aromatic herbs like sage and thyme.

Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a phenomenon – a white wine loved by our thirsty customers. And for good reason. This northern-tip region on New Zealand's South Island delivers wines bounding with fabulous ripe tropical fruit and zingy citrus freshness. Not all, however, get it as right as Hole in the Clouds. The grapes that go into this wine have been lavished with the greatest TLC, to ensure ultra healthy, perfectly ripe berries, every one. What's in the bottle will prove that. Chill it down, unscrew the cap and unleash the flavours. You'll smell that fruit before the glass nears your nose. Hole in the Clouds is a blast as a glass on its own, and equally delicious with salmon with saucy salsa, barbecued prawns, chicken or Thai green curry.

From cool slopes 530 metres above sea level in the Snowy Mountains, comes a classy Chardonnay that strikes a balance between fresh fruit and French oak. Generous nectarine and rockmelon aromas on the nose; characteristic Tumbarumba crispness on the palate, with fresh stone fruit flavours and a hint of honey on the way to a clean finish. Matured in 15% new French oak. The fruit was hand-picked in early April, the whole bunch pressed and allowed to briefly settle. This removes the heavy solids from the juice, whilst retaining many of the lighter solids that are a wonderful source of nutrient for the yeast. A small portion of the wine was fermented in large old oak vessels to add some further complexity to the wine. All of the juice was fermented by our natural wild yeasts and then racked off its lees at the end of fermentation. The wine was prepared for bottling without any further manipulation, other than filtration to retain the pristine character of our delicate Riesling. The nose of this wine shows lovely delicate floral aromatics that are typical of all Delatite Rieslings whilst the palate has layers of lemon rind and lemon blossom with fine talcy structure and a fresh acid finish. This wine can be drunk in its youth, but like all great Rieslings, it will age easily for ten years. Should be wonderful for up to twenty years, developing fabulous toasty honey characters, that Riesling is famous for.

Intensely aromatic, showing white flowers, jasmine and fragrant lime. Tightly wound acidity underpins an incredible purity of fruit with fresh finger lime and lemon curd notes. Fine phenolic structure and wet stone minerality provide drive and a crisp, dry finish with great length.
