This Bourgogne Blanc comes from parcels situated exclusively within the Meursault commune and bordering the land classified as Appellation Meursault Villages. The soil is a clay limestone mix and the subsoil is gravel. As with our Villages and Premiers Crus parcels, the soil is ploughed and partially grassed. The wine-making and maturing processes are identical to those of our Villages and Premiers Crus wines.

Misha's Vineyard Lyric Riesling

Meet Mishas Vineyard. Exclusive to Langtons, this Central Otago vineyard has been making captivating wines since 2003. Lyric is the dry Riesling in the range (a counterpoint to the medium-dry Limelight). Its light, its refreshing and its satisfyingly mineral. Penfolds Bin 51 Riesling

Conceived as a white wine development program, the Bin 51 Riesling soon became one of Penfolds' star performers. Eden Valley is an obvious choice of region for Riesling due to the higher altitude and cool climate. The wine offers delicate aromas of fresh cut apples and pears with a twist of lemon and minerality towards the end. A great deal of fruits and acidity makes for an interesting white wine with propensity to age gracefully if carefully cellared.

Paringa Estate Estate Chardonnay Mornington Peninsula The fruit for the Estate Chardonnay is sourced from low yielding estate vineyards, some of which are over thirty years old. Constant attention to detail in the vineyard and vine maturity produces fruit of outstanding quality. The fruit is handpicked, whole-bunch pressed, and the unclarified juice is fermented in new (approx 30%) and one-year-old French oak puncheons and barriques. Mount Mary Triolet Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Muscadelle

A classic and refined style with some citrus characters framed by bakery and subtle vanilla spice, the iconic Triolet is a classic Bordeaux Blanc blend, incorporating the three varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle. It was first produced by Mount Mary in 1987. The varieties are fermented separately in barrel with complexity and palate weight gained from extended lees contact and fermentation on solids.

The village of Uchizy (which borders the village of Chardonnay) is situated south of Tournus and is one of the 43 villages that may produce and label their wines Mâcon or Mâcon Villages. Fermentation takes place entirely in vats (sees no oak) and produces a round, fleshy, fragrant wine that remains fresh.
