Owned by a small group of growers, its modest size ensures meticulous care in both vineyard and cellar. Grenache and Cinsault make up a large portion of this pink and were harvested from the high-altitude, limestone slopes of Sainte-Baume. When Belgian entrepreneurs Christopher Heirwegh and Christel Weemaes moved to Barcelona over a decade ago, they had one simple dream: to grow, harvest and bottle the best cava in the world!
