The fruit for this distinctive Argentinian malbec was sourced from Agrelo and Lulunta. Agrelo is situated 35 km south of the city of Mendoza. It's terroir is considered to be some of the best for the production of richly flavoured malbec. Lulunta is a sub-region of the famous Mendoza area. It too has a reputation for producing malbecs of quality.The wine remains unoaked to allow the freshness and vibrancy of the deeply flavoured dark fruit to shine.

The Cook 1788 Limited Release Shiraz, sourced from the renowned Barossa Valley region of Australia, is a prime example of a full-bodied and robust Australian Shiraz. Its deep color and intense flavor profile make it an exceptional wine. The enticing aromas of cherry, blackberry, and subtle oak notes are complemented by a rich and concentrated palate. This velvety smooth wine boasts firm tannins and flavors of ripe cherry, juicy plum, and creamy mocha with a hint of smoky oak. It pairs perfectly

Deep bright ruby red in colour, Devil's Staircase Pinot Noir is a dizzying fusion of firm fruit, tempting spices and alluring earthen notes. Each drop of this wine is bursting with flavours of black Doris plums, blueberries and bramble fruit that leave one wanting for more. It is characterized as a fruity, rich and full wine with finely balanced acid and firm tannins. The supple richness of Rockburn Devils Staircase Pinot Noir complements a range of savoury dishes. It can be tried alongside game birds such as quail, turkey and duck, or with a fillet of New Zealand salmon.

Giesen Pure Light 6% Merlot - 50% less alcohol, 45% less calories* without compromising on flavour. Ripe plum and blackberry notes combine with sweet baking spice and toasty notes on the nose. The palate displays layers of dark berry fruit and vanilla from French oak aging, supported by fine tannin which gives the wine structure and a long dry finish.

This is a classic cool-climate medium bodied Australian Shiraz made from our best close planted Shiraz block with approx 4,444 vines per hectare compared to the usual Australian 1,850 vine per hectare all with of focus on high quality low yielding vines allowing the fruit characters to come to the fore. Hand-picked, small batch fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for approx. 20 months has produced a wine with spice and ripe fruit, white pepper, cloves, cedar, orange peel, blackberry and a combination of strongly savoury and sweeter berried flavours developing into an extremelly interesting wine.
