2017 Hardys Tintara Grenache Shiraz Mataro,Full of juicy bright plum, red fruits & soft fine tannins. The medium bodied palate bursts with fresh fruits and finishes with fine savoury tannins and fresh natural Grenache acidity. Shiraz & Mataro provide the palate with soft generous fruit weight & compliment the spice & vibrancy of the Grenache.

Double Barrel Shiraz has a full and generous palate with a beguiling mix of sweet red fruits and dark chocolate indicative of its origins as Barossa Shiraz. Subtle toasty vanillin derives from aging in traditional French and American oak wine barrels. The careful use of aged Scotch whisky barrels for finishing has added complex nuances of almond-husks and also softened the dense tannins to yield an incredible smoothness.

Wynns Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is the beacon of quality that all Australian Cabernet Sauvignon is compared to. Coming off the iconic red soils of Coonawarra, Wynns Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is classic elegance. Chief winemaker, Sue Hodder, is able to craft a wine brimming with aromas of blackcurrant and plum that combine with spicy minty notes. The palate is well structured, long and fine. With the right cellaring condition, this could easily be a cellar gem.

Traditionally assertive Coonawarra tannins are evident at first, before giving way to a mid palate filled with ripe cassis, olive tapenade and complex briary hints. Our unique Double Barrel technique of finishing in aged Irish whiskey barrels has integrated the myriad of flavours and brought extra richness to the palate.

This wine may be hard to pronounce but the flavour rolls across the tongue. This Montepulciano (Mon-Tae-Pull-Chi-Ah-No) is full of flavour, with a generous red berry palate followed by cedar savoury tannins.
