Every now and then, in life and in wine, we are presented with unique opportunities to express ourselves and create something truly remarkable. So when Torbreck were given the opportunity to work with one of the most famous vineyards in the Barossa Valley, they were determined to use all their experience to ensure the resulting Shiraz was truly remarkable.

One of Australia's icon wines, this is Cabernet at its very best. This wine is the very definition of power and elegance. Hand crafted by Keith Mugford and his team in the Margaret River, Moss Wood deservedly fits in the Exceptional category of Langton's Classification of Australian Wine.

Dog Point is responsible for some of Marlborough's best Pinot noir. This release has lifted aromas of dark cherries stone fruit and violets. The palate is rich and complex with a supple velvety texture.

By Farr Tout Près Pinot Noir is pale ruby colour with medium intense aromas of crushed raspberries, beets, loam, truffles and a hint of lavender. Crisp with a medium level of fine tannins matched to the concentrated fruit, it has a long minerally finish.

Henschke Mount Edelstone is one of the most important single vineyard sites in Australia. The 90 year old vines has been producing a single vineyard Shiraz since 1952 and is one of Australia's truly great wines. The nose has sweet ripe plum and blueberry aromas and the palate is intense and deeply flavoured. While enjoyable upon release, this is a wine that will enjoy a decade or more in the cellar.

Made from organic fruit and bottled with precision, this six-pack offers plush blackberry, sweet spice and soft tannins in a densely layered palate. The structure is generous yet composed, shaped by time on oak and a meticulous approach to extraction. A full-bodied southern Italian red with modern clarity, a fitting match for grilled meats or slow-braised ragu.

Crafted in collaboration with Pernod Ricard Winemakers, the wine was aged for 16 months in French oak, with half of the barrels new. The result is bold yet composed: dark cherry, blackberry and savoury spice layered over polished tannins and refined oak. This six-bottle set offers a compelling lens into Central Otago’s distinctive energy, equally at home in the cellar or alongside duck, venison or earthy mushroom dishes. Shiraz By Farr is one of Victoria's premier cool-climate Shiraz's, made by the iconic Geelong winemaker, Gary Farr. The nose is incredibly complex showing notes of red and black fruits, spice, black pepper and iodine. In the mouth the wine is incredibly fresh. Wonderfully braced fruit and fine framing tannins and an outstanding length.

Te Mata make some sublime Bordeaux style red wines and we've been blessed in recent years with some outstanding vintages. This years release has wonderful floral aromas with intense blackberry, currant and dark plum flavours lead to a rich supple palate with a sustained finish.
