Deep ruby in colour with an opaque core. The nose shows classic Cabernet aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and bay leaf, with hints of cedar and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied and finely structured, delivering ripe cassis and spice flavours framed by firm tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Familia Zuccardi Concreto Malbec, Paraje Altamira, Valle de Uco, Mendoza Winemaker and third-generation of the Zuccardi family, Sebastian, has tried to focus soil sourced tannins experienced on the tongue, rather than those on the gums which come from extraction methods in winemaking and the oak selection, hence the concrete. Made from 100% Malbec grown in the calcareous soils of Paraje Altamira, 1100m above sea level in the Uco Valley. The wine is made using whole bunch fermentation with indigenous yeasts before being store in concrete, hence the name Concreto.

Endowed with beautiful ruby red colour, this wine reveals a nose redolent of berries, floral notes and a delicate hint of oak and vanilla. It boasts gorgeous complexity on the palate. Full-bodied, long and rich, its flavours of crushed red fruit (raspberry, cherry) and jammy plum are supported by well-integrated, rounded tannins.This Pinot Noir is faithful to its varietal with aromas of red berries and a mineral touch that give it pleasing freshness and well-rounded tannins.
