This wine is classic Coonawarra in style with ripe berry and cassis aromas and flavours layered over fine tannins. Cabernet is the major component and backbone with Merlot adding softness and drinkability.

JEAN-PIERRE MOUEIX BORDEAUX rouge was inspired by the founders early mission: when Jean-Pierre Moueix launched his wine merchant business in 1937, he sought to offer eminently drinkable and enjoyable wines that reflect a sense of place. Personally selected by Christian and Edouard Moueix, the Merlot grape offers depth and complexity, while Cabernet Franc brings structure and spice to the blend. Combined, these varietals produce wines of character and body while maintaining a unique suppleness. The wine shows ruby red with an intense, complex nose presenting notes of cherry, strawberry and blond tobacco. The palate is powerful and inviting with smooth, silky tannins.

The PF Grenache is made from grapes grown on our certified biodynamic single-estate vineyard, grown without herbicides, fungicides or synthetic chemicals. It is made without additions of any kind: sulphur (preservative), acid, tannin or finings. It is medium bodied, fresh, fruit driven wine that is delicious enjoyed as a young wine.

Cat Amongst The Pigeons Shiraz certainly does it's name justice with a Shiraz that serves it up to the all the favourite heavy hitting Shiraz on the shelves. With an alluring nose of pepper, blueberry, and blackberry, this Barossa Valley beauty has layers of flavour, ripe fruit, excellent balance, and enough structure to evolve for a few years.

Their Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon is a worthy stable-mate with fruit sourced from low-yielding vineyards planted on the western slopes of the Barossa Valley; between Lyndoch and Greenock. Dark berry fruits abound with a rich, spicy fruit character. You can certainly enjoy now, but this cat will further develop with some medium-term cellaring.

Sorby Adams Neptune Rings is a premium red wine range of signature Barossa grape varieties sourced from the region's finest soils. This collection honors our ancestor, John Couch Adams, who, along with fellow mathematicians, proved the existence of the planet Neptune in the 1840s. His name is immortalized in one of Neptune's five rings. Le Verrier is another ring of Neptune and a wine that proudly showcases all the characteristics of a fine Barossa Shiraz. This deep red wine has a ruby hue and offers aromas of blackcurrant and spiced plum, complemented by notes of chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, it exemplifies classic Barossa Shiraz, featuring dark berries, mocha, and a hint of smoky tobacco, all seamlessly balanced for a long finish. The wine has been matured in French oak hogsheads (30% new) for 24 months, using 4-year air-dried wood sourced from Francois Frere and Taransaud Coopers.
