The Chalmers familys commitment to innovation and excellence has made them a pivotal force in the Australian wine scene for over 20 years. Their work in the field of alternative, particularly southern Italian varietals has contributed a lot to the success of this movement in recent years. Delicate yet savoury, the wine exhibits a nose of clean florals and wet stones. The palate exhibits minerally acidity and balances white nectarine and citrusy fruit with a zesty, dry finish.

A classic Peninsula Chardonnay with richness and complexity and underlying elegance. Peach and tropical fruit aromas combine well with nutty creamy oak and the palate is full flavoured and long.

Lark Hill have been the pioneers of this traditional Austrian variety. It was back in 2002 when Jancis Robinson visited the vineyards and stated that Lark Hill was the perfect place to grow Grüner Veltliner due to its overall terroir. With links to bio-dynaimc farming already being established, Chris Carpenter thought it was the obvious connection to begin making Grüner. Wonderfully fragrant with more than a hint of spice, Lark Hill's Grüner has a lovely textural component to it as well making it an ideal match white fish, shell fish and subtle charcuterie.

Almost perfect growing conditions came together with near perfect vineyard characteristics to craft this outstanding wine. Considered by the family as one of their best offerings in recent times, this wine is beautifully pale with a hint of green around the rim. Overflowing aromas of citrus and white flowers flow from the nose of this very pretty wine. The palate is balanced and dry, with lots of juicy fruit and splendid acidity to give a long, elegant and extraordinarily crisp finish. You can pair it with poached prawns with lime spiced salt, and baked scallops.

McGuigan produce a flavoursome wine here with a soft, smooth, creamy palate. It has the great sweet tropical fruit and melon flavours of Chardonnay with a touch of caramel oak providing a lingering clean finish.

This fine elegant Riesling has aromas of lime juice and honey blossom while the palate offers excellent fruit weight with minerally flavours that linger on the finish. Drinking beautifully and sure to age well.

Fresh and aromatic Hesketh Sauvignon Blanc has the Bouquet of assorted citrus. Intense limey notes, with hints of grapefruit zest. A young and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc showcasing freshly cut granny smith apples, the trademark elegance of the Adelaide Hills region.

A beautiful clean and crisp Riesling with distinct varietal and regional character. Pale gold straw. Fragrant green lime and grapefruit with delicate floral notes. Wonderful purity of flavour, fresh lime juice and a bright minerality. Zesty and lively with a long persistent finish.
