Onda Sauvignon Blanc

'Onda' is a Spanish word which means small wave or a ripple that can be used to decrible good feelings or vibes in Chile. This Chilean Sauvignon Blanc is made in a crisp, dry style, balancing ripe peach and citrus flavours with sea-spray freshness and lively acidity.

Mystery Barossa Field Blend - White Deal No. 5708

RedHeads Grüner Veltliner

Grüner Veltliner (Gru-We or groovy) from RedHeads and the sustainable winery in the heart of the Barossa where wines are made. RedHeads has always been a bit of a rebel! The ‘movement’ started in 2002 in the McLaren Vale – in a cellar where young winemakers could come in their spare time and make just the sort of small-scale wine they dreamed of (not like they did in their day job). Since then, the winery has moved home a few times, and today make their wines in the Barossa, at one of Australia's leading eco-friendly cellars. There, surrounded by many of Australia's biggest wine names, they handcraft revolutionary wines from top batches of grapes, rescued from under the noses of the big players.

Barón de Barbón Rioja Blanco

The talent behind this contemporary white Rioja is the Murúa family, real movers and shakers in the region. They own Bodegas Muriel in the Rioja Alavesa, a winery established in 1926 by Jose Villaverde, the father of the current owner, Julián. Julián and his son, Javier, have for years made our customers the much-loved red Barón de Barbón. Always a top seller, it's adored for its generous, ripe fruit and value for money. This fresh white is in the same class – no doubt why our customers order it more often than any other blanco. It’s pure Viura, fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel to capture every single flicker of freshness. You’ll find it delicious served chilled with tapas, barbecued chicken or spicy prawns with noodles.

De Bortoli Blue Gris

Kim Crawford Marlborough Pinot Gris

Oh yeah. Don't miss out on this sexy, slippery wine exuding lychees, nuts and nashi pears (and yes we do believe there's a difference nashis are light and crisp while still having a depth of sweet fruit flavour). Hints of caramel complete a quite enigmatic wine. Blue Gold | Sydney International Wine Competition 2018
