Kim Crawford Small Parcels Sauvignon Blanc is a true expression of the complexities Marlborough has to offer. Although the harvest was smaller than anticipated, the vintage is being hailed as exceptional across Marlborough. Favorable weather conditions allowed the vines to ripen perfectly, this resulted in excellent ripeness, with wines showcasing impressive flavour intensity and depth. The wine reveals intense, lifted aromatics tropical fruit that lead into a range of complex flavours, including distinct mineral and flinty notes accenting its rich hefty palate that last through a clean, crisp finish.

Named of the sundial erected in the vineyard in 1842, Wehlener Sonnenuhr is the most famous vineyard in the Mosel. Extremely steep with optimal south-south west exposure, it yields fragrantly floral wines with ripe stone fruit aromas, underlying slately minerality and wonderful depth of flavour and structure. The Spatlese wines are very reticent in youth, blossoming between two and four years of age to display vibrant green apple, and white stone-fruit notes supported by a backbone of racy acidity.

Lindemans Early Harvest wines are lighter in alcohol and calories. The Crisp Dry White has ripe flavours of citrus and tropical fruits balanced with clean, refreshing acidity.</p>

Early Harvest wines are created from selected parcels of flavour ripe grapes harvested from early ripening regions in South Eastern Australia. This fruit, coupled with careful winemaking, creates a uniquely refreshing wine which is at least 25% lighter in alcohol and calories. The fresh fruit flavours of Semillon and cut grass and lychee flavours of Sauvignon Blanc are balanced by the crisp dry finish, providing an easy drinking style of wine.

From one of Australia's oldest wine regions, the Hunter Valley. This chardonnay shows why it has become the most grown grape in the region. Subtle Aromas of vanillan oak with a hint of pear. A rich fruit palate combined with creamy texture from the oak, peaches linger in the clean finish.

This excellent expression of Chardonnay, partly due to only limited time in oak, is light, fresh and zesty but with inherent complexity. Pale straw in colour, this wine exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters with underlying minerality and depth. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes. A refreshing backbone of natural grape acidity provides further structure and length.

A well structured wine offering both elegance and generosity of flavour. Stone fruits mingled with toasted nuts provide a complex array of flavours over a core citrus backbone.

Stylish savvy, grown in the Wairau, Awatere and Ure valleys. Aromatic, punchy and minerally, with good vigour and intensity of fresh melon, lime and green capsicum flavours that builds to a crisp finish.

A true expression of Chardonnay grown at Lyndoch in the Barossa Valley in all its fruitful glory. Intense bouquet is pleasantly fruity with highlights of green pear and clingstone peach accented by the flowery notes of apple blossom against a genteel boisé background. The palate is a rush of citrus and white peach with fresh acidity. Clean, lemon-citrus and Pink Lady apples with a layer of minerality and viscosity. The Honeybomb Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a punchy and textural expression of a Margaret River SSB. It is very much in the Devil's Lair playground, experimenting with a small percentage of oak and lees work to add complexity whilst respecting varietal aromatics and purity. Defined by a mineral edge (quartz comes to mind) and muddled lime with a zesty line and salivating acidity layered with elements of starfruit and nashi pear like texture captured from a small barrel ferment component.Devil’s Lair senior winemaker Ben Miller’s enthusiasm for wine is extraordinary. Growing up in the Hunter Valley, he was encouraged to be adventurous, curious and hard working. It was playing rugby in many of the world’s winemaking regions, travelling and working through New Zealand, France, Spain, Portugal, US, Italy, Coonawarra, McLaren Vale and Margaret River that sparked a further love of wine. He’s now settled in Margaret River where he has the 'opportunity to work on the land and create something that speaks of its place'.
