Sassy is full of citrus blossom aromas and delightful aromatics. The middle palate has lovely weight from time on lees and refreshing green apple crunchiness. A contagiously cheerful yet stylish wine.

The Riesling has taken a little time to develop, but is now showing brilliant lime, citrus and tropical fruit balanced with cutting acidity.

The grapes for the Winton Road Riesling are carefully harvested from selected older vineyards in the Barossa and Eden Valley. The Barossa winemaking history dates back to the 1840s with Riesling wines being brought to the region by the German and Silesian settlers. These low yielding Riesling vines give structure to the palate while maintaining its refreshing acidity and complementing the fruit and floral characters in the wine. A bright lemon colour with aromas of apple blossom, mandarin zest and wet stone. A structured Riesling with great intensity. A benchmark chardonnay from master wine-maker Rob Dolan out of the Yarra Valley. Packed full of grapefruit, white peach, cashew & nutmeg aromas brimming from the glass followed by a mineral consistency on the palate with extended length on the finish. Will easily cellar for another 5 years if you can wait that long.

Another terrific white wine to come from New Zealands Marlborough winemaking region. Fresh apple, pear and mandarin flavours with a little touch of spice make this a great match for a coconut and coriander packed curry.

This Gris from the home of the long white cloud offers creamy pear notes, honey and hints of caramel with citrus and vanilla. The palate reflects the nose with it flavours of ripe pear and honey layered with guava. There is a creamy weight when drinking and it trails rich flavours of tangerine. Ideally suited to drink with with pasta, parsley and parmesan or poached salmon and wild mushrooms.

The Ned is a Kiwi Savvy with a more mineral accent, offering structure indicative of Marlborough region. The tropical elements still shine gooseberries aplenty and a dainty touch of fruit sweetness in the finish. The citrus fuelled aromatic thread that dominates the nose carries through to the palate with concentrated flavours of mandarin and musky pink grapefruit.
