Tasting Notes The Chardonnay is sourced from our western facing block. The yields are a little lower from this block which gives added intensity. The Chardonnay shows some lemon and nutmeg on the nose while it has a fresh citrus flavoured palate with a tight finish. The potential to cellar for the next 3 -5 years. Roche Mazet chardonnay Brut has a luminous pale yellow robe with green tints in which fine glistening bubbles appear. On the nose it displays delicate citrus and orchard fruit aromas. It is fresh and mineral on the palate recalling hints of toasted hazelnuts and quince, enhanced by the sparkle of bubbles.

A full-bodied Chardonnay with white peach and citrus notes complemented by hints of almond characters on the palate. Wild permentation and matured on lees, this wine displays a textural component that compliments the subtle oak influence.

Our 2019 Bourbon Barrel-Aged Chardonnay is golden straw in color and opens with aromas of ripe, grilled peach, with hints of toasted marshmallow, vanilla bean custard, and baked spiced pear.
