Product Information: Valmur is the valley between two other grand crus - Les Clos and Vaudesir. Christian Moreau's two parcels benefit from two exposures one 70 acres southeast and 30 acres northeast (1 ha in total). The vines are more than 60 years old. They produce a very full-bodied and powerful wine. Sourced from vines with an average age of over 40 years old. Half of the holding of the estate has been re-planted in recent years so quantities of this wine are reduced making them quite scarce. Valmur is one of the seven Climats of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, covering 10.5 hectares. Shaped like an amphitheatre, it enjoys an exposure going south to west. Because of this particular shape, it soaks in the sun during the hottest hours of the day. An area facing northwest adds a fresh quality, as well as a later maturity. The Climat of Valmur has a double personality, constantly juggling between remarkable freshness and a distinctive fruit concentration. Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Chardonnay
Product Description: A full-throttle Chardonnay with cool-climate finesse—Ribbon Vale finds its stride in 2024. Now in its fourth release, the 2024 Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Chardonnay is a benchmark expression of Wilyabrup terroir. Sourced from a higher-altitude vineyard in one of Margaret River’s driest, warmest growing seasons in decades, this single-vineyard wine captures richness and clarity in equal measure. The grapes were hand-picked early—nearly a month ahead of average—but delivered pristine, flavour-packed fruit with natural acidity and structure. Fermented in stainless steel then transferred to French oak barriques (47% new) for malolactic fermentation and nine months’ maturation, this is a Chardonnay built on balance. Bright citrus and peach are layered with white florals, toasted pastry, almond and honeyed spice. Creamy in texture but always guided by mineral drive and energetic acidity, it’s a wine that’s both immediately generous and built for evolution. Drink now for its lemon curd plushness and textural lift, or cellar for up to 20 years as it develops toast, caramel and nutty depth. Tasting Notes NOSE – Bright and layered White peach, preserved lemon and jasmine, backed by vanilla, pastry, and a hint of ginger. PALATE – Creamy and driven Honeydew, apricot and cashew wrapped in nougat, with crème caramel and crisp citrus tension. Reviews & Accolades There are some very impressive chardonnay releases coming out of Margaret River right now – and this is up there with best of them. There is plenty happening on the palate of this single-vineyard release, but it also has a touch of the supermodel about it; shiny without a hair out of place. From a very fine vintage this has seen aging on lees to add complexity, but it retains all the elements of a classic cooler-climate chardonnay: citrus flavours to the fore. It's full flavoured but effortlessly elegant and decidedly delicious. This is the fourth vintage of the Ribbon Vale Chardy and it has established itself as a fine addition to the range. The wine saw nine months maturation in French oak barriques, 47% of which was new. A deep gold colour here, this is big, bold and rich. A Chardy chockers with flavour. What is exciting is that we are already seeing the early emergence of complexity. The nose exhibits notes of white peaches, citrus, a hint of the tropicals, hazelnuts, ginger, lemongrass, spices and very good oak integration. There is a creamy texture with juicy acidity and superb length. This is a rich and textured chardonnay from the Ribbon Vale vineyard. Honeycomb and light cereal characters emerge on the nose and palate. There’s an underlying savouriness that sustains through to the very long finish. Beautifully balanced with a crisp acidity controlling the finish. The RV vineyard is higher altitude and cooler than Moss Wood Vineyard, typically resulting in a higher acid style. 2024 was a warm, dry vintage with grapes picked in mid February, 1 month earlier than average. Grapes are handpicked and sorted, fermented in steel and oak. It’s a complex wine undergoing malolactic fermentation and ageing in 47% new French oak. RV 2024 is a full-bodied Chardonnay with white and yellow peach flavors. Product Information: In recent years, this wine has displayed even greater definition and class. With organic viticulture, new equipment, and nearly 20 years of expertise, Fabien Moreau is producing exceptional wines, and the 2023 1er Cru Chablis is looking spectacular. The Vaillon stands out above the village-level crus, with elevated floral notes, energetic citrus, and beeswax emerging with aeration. The palate is nicely balanced, opening with a touch of honey, vivid fruit, and a racy acidity that lingers on the finish. The Vaillon appellation is located on the left bank of Chablis. Domaine Christian Moreau has six parcels totaling 4.7 hectares in the historical heart of Vaillons. The fruit is sourced from vines that are 30 to 70+ years old, all south/south-east-facing. The soil here is from the Kimmeridgian period, rich in clay-limestone marls with marine fossils, specifically small oyster fossils known as Exogyra Virgula. The fruit is hand-harvested, fermented with natural yeast, and aged for 6-8 months—two-thirds in tank and one-third in barrique. Domaine des Hâtes Pierrick Laroche Chablis
Pierrick Laroche, the proud owner of Domaine des Hâtes, continues the legacy of his family's estate located in the picturesque village of Maligny, in the north-west sector of Chablis. Established by his father in the 1970s, Pierrick's family vineyard holdings have gradually expanded over time, resulting in the current size of around 33 hectares. After obtaining a degree in oenology from Beaune, Pierrick embarked on a journey to gain valuable experience by traveling the world and undertaking various internships. Armed with knowledge and a deep passion for winemaking, he returned home to take over the family vineyards and start producing his own wines. Pierrick's cellars, ingeniously built into the side of a hill in the village, allow for much of the winemaking process to be conducted by gravity ensuring gentle handling of the grapes. The vinification takes place traditionally in stainless steel tanks, while some of the Premier and Grand Cru wines undergo a small portion of aging in used barrels, allowing for a full malolactic fermentation. One of his oldest vineyard plots, Les Châtillons, planted in the early 1970s, sits just behind the hill of the Grand Crus and showcases the meticulous use of barrel aging, which adds complexity and depth to the cuvée. In 2016, Pierrick expanded his range by starting a small négoce operation, sourcing must from friends who predominantly farm on the left side of the river. This addition includes premier crus such as Beauroy, Beauregard and Vau de Vey, as well as the grand cru of Bougros. In 2019, Pierrick inherited 8 acres of vines from his father-in-law in the southern sector of Chablis, around the village of Courgis. This inheritance includes Petit Chablis, 5.5 acres of Chablis and just over half an acre of the premier cru Les Butteaux. Pierrick Laroche's dedication to his craft is evident in every bottle of wine he produces. With a perfect blend of tradition and innovation, his wines showcase the unique terroir of Chablis, captivating enthusiasts with their finesse, complexity and distinct character. As Pierrick continues to nurture and expand his vineyards, he upholds the family legacy while leaving his own mark on the world of Chablis winemaking. The name of Pierrick's Domaine, "hâtes" refers to an old agricultural unit of measure, similar to the English rod. It evokes the long and slender fields used for sowing, where the longer rows made plowing easier with fewer turns. The term "hâtes" was often used to describe such fields. The 2021 Domaine des Hâtes Pierrick Laroche Chablis is a promising and faithful expression of the unique terroir of Chablis. Crafted from vineyards averaging 25 years old in proximity to Chablis village, this wine benefits from Pierrick Laroche's meticulous vineyard and cellar work. On the nose, aromas of lemon zest, green apple and honeysuckle are found, reflecting the influence of the Kimmeridgian limestone soils. The palate is treated to vibrant acidity and flavors of citrus, stone fruits and a subtle mineral note, showing the hallmark terroir-driven character of Chablis. While youthful and delicious now, this Chablis also possesses the structure and acidity to evolve and gain more complexity over 5-10 years.

Product Description: One of Saint-Aubin’s most serious sites—chalk, cut and quiet power. The 2023 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “Les Murgers Dents de Chien” is drawn from one of the commune’s highest and most esteemed vineyards, perched just above Grand Cru Chevalier-Montrachet and bordering En Remilly. From this steep, limestone-dense slope, Joseph Colin crafts a Chardonnay of precision, structure and depth. Made with a minimalist approach—whole bunch pressed, no bâtonnage or fining, and only minimal sulphur at bottling—the wine is fermented in 350-litre barrels and finished in stainless for extra focus. The nose is tight and reductive at first, slowly unfurling pear, stone fruit and white flowers. The palate is taut, layered and deeply mineral, finishing long with chalk and quiet power. It's slightly more coiled than En Remilly this vintage, with a similar potential arc. Cellar through to 2032 or decant now to pair with scallops, crayfish or rich poultry dishes. The 2023 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “Sur le Sentier du Clou” from Joseph Colin is a tightly composed, mineral-driven Chardonnay shaped by altitude, limestone, and restraint. Grown on white clay-limestone soils just above the hamlet of Gamay, this parcel borders some of Saint-Aubin’s finest sites, and the fruit reflects that pedigree with clarity and finesse. This vintage delivers a crystalline, fluid style—glossy yet not overripe, with aromas of white peach, green apple, and grapefruit oil. The palate mirrors that brightness, layering stone fruit with a chalky, saline thread and a finish that lingers on smoked minerality.
