Louis De Camponac Pinot Noir

Vibrant ruby red colour with notes of small red fruits, spices and vanilla. The flavour is complex yet elegant with a smooth soft finish. Slightly chilled with grilled meats and cheeses.

Louis De Camponac Cabernet Sauvignon

The aroma is rich with flavours of ripe blackcurrant and savoury herbs. The flavour shows spice and vanilla oak with a smooth structure and silky finish. Related to the Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes have a thick skin making them higher in tannins than varieties such as Pinot Noir. This grape is popular due to its ability to be grown in a range of soils and climates from Australia and abroad such as Coonawarra, Margaret River, France and Chile. As a result, Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied wine with flavours of blackberry, currant and cinnamon. It pairs well hearty red meats, winter stews and even rich chocolate desserts.

Bonpas Cotes du Rhone Villages Plan de Dieu

Grenache was made famous for its role in the great blended wines of the Southern Rhone. And its no understatement to say its been used as something of a bit part actor playing second fiddle to the limelight-hogging big names like shiraz. But those who know wine know Grenache is capable of being a superstar in its own right. In Australia, where some of the oldest Grenache vines in the world are found, its enjoying a well-deserved resurgence. Winemakers are treating this somewhat overlooked wine with greater respect, producing spicier, prettier expressions or creating juicy blends that pay tribute to the classic wines of the Rhone Valley. Looking for charming wine? Look no further than this rising star Bonpas Cotes du Rhone Villages. The bouquet is complex and generous with notes of blackcurrant and spices. The palate is rich and dynamic with lovely flavors of black fruit and sweet spices with a very long finish.

Maillon Bordeaux Rouge

Mystery Barossa Valley Grenache Blend Deal No. 5634

Bright ruby hue and immediately delivers aromas of wild raspberries, sour cranberry and red apple skin, layered with subtle herb‑leaf and rooibos tea. On the palate it is light‑to‑medium bodied with crisp, lively acidity carrying juicy red‑fruit flavours into a fine sandy tannin finish, sporting a whisper of savoury earth and a touch of herbal freshness.

Grand Chapon

This juicy ripe red comes from winemaker Stéphane Bouillot. Born in Chablis to a winemaking family with interests not only locally but in the southern Rhône and Provence, he learnt to love both regions. After studying in Beaune, he decided to move south, making fabulous wines from the myriad of terroirs offered there. The grapes come from vineyards at the southernmost end of the Rhône region, in the Bouches-du-Rhône, on the Provence border. Deep ruby, it has complex aromas of jasmine and violets, wild herbs, liquorice, and black cherry. Lush and rounded, it brims with wild berry notes supported by silky tannins and gentle freshness. Great on its own, or with grilled meats and roasted vegetables and couscous.

Taylors Estate Grenache

The wine is medium-bodied with flavours of raspberry and blueberry along with delicious white chocolate characters. The overall texture of this fruit-driven wine is sublimely soft and silky. It is a wonderfully easy to enjoy drop.

Sidewood Adelaide Hills Sparkling Pinot Noir Non-Vintage

Sidewood Sparkling Pinot Noir is sourced from a single vineyard in the cool climate region of the Adelaide Hills. Grapes were selected from low yielding vines and chilled in our cold rooms within an hour of picking, before being gently pressed. Free run juice was then fermented with partial malolactic and extended time on lees prior to secondary fermentation and bottling at our winery at Nairne. This 100% Pinot Noir wine has tantalising aromas of fresh strawberry, wild raspberries and dried fig. The palate is round and beautifully balanced. Intense flavours of cherry, white peach and strawberries are matched with a crisp minerality and a touch of brioche. The natural acidity provides excellent structure and finesse with a luscious, generous mouth feel.
