This excellent expression of Chardonnay, partly due to only limited time in oak, is light, fresh and zesty but with inherent complexity. Pale straw in colour, this wine exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters with underlying minerality and depth. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes. A refreshing backbone of natural grape acidity provides further structure and length.

This estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc and fruit from selected Southern Margaret River growers. Zesty citrus, passionfruit and herbal aromas are combined with hint of 'gunflint'. The palate exhibits clean passionfruit and citrus flavours, with a core of cleansing natural acidity that provides freshness and poise with a persistent and flavoursome finish.

It’s a wine you’ll be seeing a lot more of as it makes it way onto the wine lists of the country’s best restaurants. Think ripe fruit-forward and rounded, but no oak and a zingy tropical fruit intensity. As refreshing as a Summer fruit salad taken straight from the fridge.

Luscious Verdelho from the rich soils of the Limestone Coast. A native of Portugal, this sumptuous grape has really made a home for itself here in Australia. As for flavour – imagine a sun-filled, refreshing bowl of fruit salad. It's no wonder the variety is gaining more fans.
